Julian's place was great and exactly as described. It's located in a very friendly, quiet neighbourhood and is within walking distance to two metro stations. Would love to stay there again!
Julian provided a secure and clean room in his apartment. The listing was accurate and the information provided was excellent, especially the details of getting to the apartment. Julian was flexible and allowed me to check in early, was there to greet me and chat with me about getting around Barcelona.
Julian is an ideal AirBnb host. Meticulous in his details, keeps a clean and neat room and apartment, extremely responsive with his communications. Some have complained about the list of rules but I see it as a way for him to be a good neighbor and not have guests trash up the place. The apartment has a great location and you are not more than 10 minutes away from most sights.
Muchas gracias, Julian. Hasta la proxima vez.
Julian was an excellent host. All the information and directions to the house was clearly explained in advance. Also, he was very clear with the house rules and how to use everything in the house. The room was comfortable and the house well maintained and clean. In addition, he was very helpful giving directions to places in Barcelona.
Thank you Julian for such a comfortable stay and for accomodating me on such short stay. It was lovely of you to have come out and look for me as I am so bad at direction. It was thoughtful of you to have given a map of Barcelona, lent your Lonely Planet book. So glad you can accommodate me and hope am not such a trouble to you cos keep on gettinf lost. Thanks again Julian!
