Guest access
Guests will have access to the entire apartment that offers free high speed internet via WIFI. There is an assigned parking spot in the driveway for guests and if traveling with more than one vehicle, we do have additional off street parking areas in our driveway.

Other things to note
Parties of 4 will be an additional $30/night.

Please indicate if you do not need the 2nd bedroom set up as a bedroom. It will always be set up as a bedroom unless you inform us a week prior to your stay if you would not like the 2nd bed to be set up if you intend on using that room differently or want it open.

Check-in time is 3:00PM.

There is a unique code to access the front door lock. You will receive your custom code that will be good for the duration of your stay. There is no need for us to meet you to let you in and you can arrive/depart whenever you would like to. Our primary home is on the property. There is an open breezeway that connect our primary home to this space. You will see us coming and going and sometimes activity going on in the driveway. This is not a remote location. It is in a suburban neighborhood. It is located on a dead end street and vehicle traffic is very minimal.

With a sidewalk accessed community and neighborhood around us it is easy to go out the door for a jog in the neighborhood or a stroll or bike downtown (bike lanes accessible but bikes are not provided). The Barn at Haden is located in a suburban neighborhood at the end of a dead-end street.

Hi there! My husband, Damond and I built our forever home on one acre in the lovely town of Crozet! We met while attending the University of Virginia and we got married and lived in Charlottesville after graduating. We love Charlottesville but just needed more space for our kids to run so we built our home in Crozet. We spend a lot of time in the nearby area of Afton along Route 151 going on hikes, visiting the local breweries and vineyards - all the things we recommend to our guests to do! We not only own the spaces that we rent out to our amazing guests but we spend time in those spaces as a family. I am a Realtor at Nest Realty and being a super host has been an avenue of real estate that I enjoy. We built and remodeled our properties and take a lot of pride in them to attract our guests to our little slice of heaven in the foothills of the Blue Ridge Mountains.
