Interaction with Guests
I am almost always there to welcome my guests, to guide them from the bus stop, and to help them carry their bags in. I usually have a welcome pack of groceries to settle them in. I introduce them to the apartment, and answer any questions. I will bend over backwards to help and accommodate my guests, and will be delighted to answer any questions of any sort they might ask. But then I leave my guests to their own privacy, to get on with the business of holidaying or work, in the knowledge that I am on the telephone at all times to help if need be.
Other Things to Note
Please note: I cannot generally provide parking, as this is a city centre apartment, and parking is at a premium. However, there is free street parking on Saturday evenings and all day Sunday, and for short periods, I can offer visitor's parking permits. However, there is convenient public transport, and the heart of the city is within easy walking distance.
Strictly no smoking, no pets
We had a very nice stay at Ellie's studio. The flat is clean, cozy, and very comfortable. Useful tourist information is provided, and has good location near the city centre with walking distance. Highly recommended!
My fiancé and I stayed here for three nights and it was wonderful! Ellie was very helpful, she met us at the door and explained everything about the apartment and the area, and had left us snacks and lots of maps/ guides to use. We walked everywhere, including Stephens green, templebar, trinity college, St Patrick's cathedral, and the Guinness brewery. Great location, comfortable apartment. Would stay again!
The apartment was clean, well equipped and conveniently situated to walk to the city centre. Ellie gave us a warm welcome and provided us with useful information about Dublin, making us feel comfortable and confident in our visit. Highly recommended! Thanks Ellie.
Ellie welcomed us when we first arrived and explained everything about the flat and how close it is to the city centre as well as restaurants, pubs, and supermarkets. She was very thorough. She even brought us groceries for breakfast! So sweet! The neighbourhood is lovely, right next to the canal. The walk to the centre was 5-10 minutes through Georgian Dublin which is lovely. Being just outside the hustle and bustle yet close enough for a leisurely walk made it perfect. I was travelling with my Mom and we both loved it!
We can highly recommend staying at Ellie's place, we had a great stay here. Ellie was excellent in providing very helpful information and answered all of our questions before and during our stay. Many sites in Dublin are within walking distance and there is lots of good information about Dublin and the neighborhood (pubs, restaurants) available in the flat. Ellie provided an excellent stock of food in the kitchen. The apartment is well equipped, we missed nothing. We would definitely stay again.
This cute apartment is just perfect to discover Dublin! We stayed here as a couple for 10 days and Ellie was really kind and helpful from the first contact until the very end of our stay. She was always ready to answer any question. There is lots of material in the flat with recommendations for restaurants and things to do which helped us a lot to plan our trip. It is quite difficult to get up in the morning because the bed is so comfortable ;). I would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone staying in Dublin.
