Relax in your suite with a drink at the bar and a game of pool, or catch up on your favorite shows on the 75-inch TV.

The space
Our private three room suite is the entire lower level of our home in the heart of Charlottesville - less than three miles from UVA and the popular downtown pedestrian mall, and within walking distance to UVA's Scott Stadium. Carter's Mountain is a 15 minute drive. The professionally designed and decorated guest suite provides a relaxing space to enjoy a Charlottesville getaway. The entire suite is nearly 1,000 square feet and has a huge bedroom with a queen-size bed. The day bed in the living area can accommodate a third guest. Catch up on your favorite shows and movies (Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime, Apple Plus, HBO Max, Disney Plus) on the 75" TV, or unwind with a game of pool, darts, or foosball in the bar room (a second TV provides additional entertainment while enjoying a drink at the bar). There is plenty of parking on the street and the guest suite has a private entrance at the back of our home.
Please note, if you would like to use the daybed for sleeping, please let us know so we can prepare it with linens, or have them available for you.

Guest access
Guests have access to the entire lower level of our home which is completely private with separate entrance. There is also a private furnished patio and fenced back yard.

We live on a quiet street with great neighbors! There are a lot of young families with kids, so it can be lively during the day when the weather is nice, but the guest suite is at the back of the house, where it is wooded and peaceful.
