Lovely, quiet home, fully renovated in 2008, in the heart of Park Slope, one of NYC's most desirable neighborhoods. Incredible location: central, walkable, on a quiet street. Includes flat-screen TV, wifi, washer/dryer, lots of natural light, two cats. Note: fourth floor walk-up; absolutely no smoking.
Our place was completely renovated in 2008; the style is a mix of contemporary and cozy. It's perfect for a couple and two or three children. Lots of sunlight; windows on three sides. Top floor, so no upstairs neighbors clunking about.
Park Slope is in the heart of brownstone Brooklyn, enjoys a slew of subway lines (F/N/R/Q/B/2/3), and many amazing (and walkable) attractions, including Prospect Park, Grand Army Plaza, the farmers' market, Brooklyn Museum, Brooklyn Botanic Garden, Brooklyn Academy of Music, incredible variety of restaurants and bars, and pro basketball (and soon hockey) at brand new Barclay Arena.

No parking included, and street parking is hard (but not impossible) to find. But we're a short (usually <10 minute) walk to the F/N/R/Q/B/2/3 subway lines, as well as the Long Island Railroad. Lower Manhattan is about 20 minutes by subway.
We have two cats. They're reasonable, as cats go, but they will need to be fed, have their litter box cleaned, and be pet on occasion.
