Enjoy some of the best views in Jaco Beach. This 2 bedroom, 2 bath oceanfront condo in the popular Tres Regalos community.
We welcome you to our top floor luxury beach front home at Tres Regalos. Upon arrival, the gate guard will greet you, give you the keys and direct you to the planted parking area. Walking past the salt water pool, you will find yourself just steps to the ocean, at the northern most end of Jaco Beach. The condo grouping has only thirty units, so feels intimate. After an elevator ride to the fifth floor, you will see captivating views.
The friendly staff are available to assist you with transportation arrangements, independent sightseeing directions, and the full list of activity tours described in THE 502 BOOK. Inside the condo, you will find two well appointed bedrooms with King sized beds, and two baths. Marble and glass showers, full vanities. You will find a fully equipped kitchen; stainless dishwasher, stove, side by side refrigerator, microwave, blender, and coffee maker. Meals can be taken sitting on bar stools at the granite counter, or sitting in comfy chairs at the balcony table. Many prefer eating on the balcony, as it has both a great view of the beach, as well as jungle clad mountains and a small river. There is always something or someone to see from the balcony, as joggers, surfers and fishermen come down to the end of the beach and return.
Crossing the river at low tide will take you to Monkey Beach, where natural jungle growth comes down to a small beach cove. Main street, Jaco, with its many restaurants, is a fifteen minute walk or a cheap taxi ride away. You can go for swank Italian, Asian or Steak, at Los Suenos, or try the many fun restaurants on main street. They are all listed in The 502 Book.
Quiet central air conditioning keeps the inside comfortable for your return from walks, and makes sleeping a dream. The flat screen TV is hooked up to cable. Bring your iPod or CDs for the stereo. Computer users will enjoy the wireless internet connection. You will find a safe for your valuables. By planning to make use of the washer and dryer, you can pack fewer clothes.
The jacuzzi and pool were built using cut coralina stone, giving them a natural look. By using salt water filtration, chlorine is avoided. The pool area offers plenty of shade as well as sun. Fresh vegetables and fruit are found at local markets or the nearby high end Automercado, where you can also pick up deluxe precooked entrees. Fresh fish is found a short way down the street or you can buy one from the rock fishermen at Monkey Beach. For those who want to experience world class sports fishing, chartered boats can be hired at Los Suenos Marina. Grill your catch or ribs by the pool while enjoying a cold drink.
For those who enjoy filling their days with activities, a long list of recommendations are to be found in The 502 Book.
In the interest of full disclosure, we must relate that a hotel is currently (October, 2013) being constructed on the south side of the condo parking area. At times it will be noisy during working hours, Monday to Saturday. They will not be working during the long Christmas holiday. The good news is that Condo 502 is sheltered from it by being on the opposite corner, so noise is not heard in the unit, except sometimes thru the high bathroom windows. To take a quiet nap during the day, close the bathroom doors. They are making rapid progress and using the latest techniques, so watching it go up while coming and going along the outside corridor is interesting. I stayed in 502 recently, and it was not an annoyance, but I thought it best to disclose.
Experience in Costa Rica was awesome! The place was clean, nice, and very comfortable. David was helpful in finding out things to do and getting us taken care. Very happy with everything.
This was an awesome vacation. We stayed in Jaco for 6 weeks. It was so helpful to have a fellow Washingtontian help us through the process of finding our way around and which tourist activities to go to. He even booked some of them for us which was really helpful. The location is perfect (2km from Jaco). Close enough to town to go out dinner but far enough away that you don't worry about leaving your door unlocked. We had a car. If you are using cabs, it costs $4 each way to and from town. All in all, we are thankful that we found this place and that David was our host. We had a great time in Costa Rica and want to return again soon.
David was amazing.....definitely made our holiday vacation an unforgettable one....the condo was way more then what we expected to be ....extremely clean very well stocked with all the appliances and more...the view was (email hidden)e gated community was super safe and calm....the facilities were great....I will recommend to rent and deal with David for future vacations to Costa Rica to my friends, family and co-workers for sure.....Thank you David for all your assistance and for making our time there THE BEST TIME WE EVER HAD !!!
Very quiet, private condo with great views and pool just outside the door. The gas BBQ on the pool deck was a nice way to grill the fresh fiish bought locally and David was most helpful with suggestions of where to eat, shop, visit etc...It was very hot during our stay (high 90's) but there were pleasant breezes often and the A/C worked perfectly.
