Brenda and Tom are amazing hosts. They made us feel welcome before we even arrived at the cottage. Brenda cooked for us and baked a cake which was lovely of her. She provided us with everything we needed. We couldn't have asked for a better accommodation. The cottage is situated at the beach and the view was just amazing. We felt very comfortable. Brenda is a caring person and if we needed anything we could let her know. They have great brochures about places to visit in Ireland and about the local area. The house was very clean and comfortable. We would like to recommend her to others who think of staying at their cottage.
I can't imagine a more welcome introduction to Ireland. Brenda was incredibly accommodating, warm, and helpful. The house was kept in great condition, it was very tidy, and full of amenities we didn't anticipate. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. :)
Brenda is wonderful. She is very warm, loving and helpful. The cottage is so lovely. It is incredibly clean, spacious and very close to the Atlantic ocean and beach, minutes away by foot. We loved our stay. Dingle is an amazing place to be and this is a wonderful place to stay.
Brenda is an amazing host who went well beyond the call of duty with everything. Her communication before the trip was superb - she got back to emails quickly and clearly. When we arrived she had made us a cake and scones and even some medicine for our little baby who was suffering with a cold. She really is the best host we have ever encountered and we can't recommend her highly enough. The cottage itself is beautiful - it sits in amongst the most stunning scenery and is equipped for everything. The only downside was the fact that we could only stay for a week - we will certainly be returning and would give Brenda 10 out of 10 on all fronts. Thanks SO MUCH!
Super location!
I cannot recommend Brenda and her beautiful house enough. We have never felt as welcome on our travels anywhere. Brenda had lit the cosy stove and baked us a selection of cakes and scones to greet us.She left a local newspaper for us so the we could familiarise ourselves with local events that were on during our stay. Our visit fell over the week of Halloween and Brenda had decorated the house with lots of Halloween things much to the delight of our boys. She even left colouring books, bubbles, glowsticks and a pumpkin for their enjoyment. Not to mention a whole cupboard full of toys and games. The kids were in their element! Brenda was very informed and helpful about local amenities and attractions. The house is very well appointed and spacious. It is located in such a fantastic spot, a tiny stroll to the nearest beach and a short drive to Dingle. There is a little enclosed garden at the front of the house perfect for small children. Everything you need is at hand at An Teach Dearg all mod cons and lots of local information. If you are planning a holiday to Dingle make sure you stay here!
