La renta está a cargo de una empresa lo que está bien especificado en el anuncio. La ubicacion es perfecta y las comodidades acorde a lo esperado. 100% recomendable.
Great location and friendly hosts. Everything very clean. Ideal for two people and can hardly accommodate 4 people as the sofa bed is very unstable and uncomfortable, had the feeling we were on the water bed. The heating didn't work well and it was a bit cold, especially in the morning the bathroom was cold.
can't beat the location.
charming yet modern.
Pictures are accurate.
Our family of 5 had plenty of space.
Wifi works well
Danilo was nice and helpful.
helped with luggage and getting us a taxi.
Minor downsides: 4 flights up, some street noise.
Would definitely recommend and stay there again. . Great value and location.
This apartment was fantastic for our stay in Florence! It is located perfectly, almost exactly halfway between two of Florence's major sights - the Duomo and Ponte Vecchio - and is right in the middle of central Florence, with stores, restaurants, cafes and gelateria's on its doorstep! We were able to walk to the train station in about 15 minutes for a day trip to Pisa too. We arrived early on the day of check-in but we were able to leave our bags in the office area which was thoroughly appreciated! The apartment was lovely and clean, with a great kitchen and bathroom and bedroom! Would definitely recommend Danilo and Signoria Apartments for a stay in Florence.
This was my second trip to Florence-- the first, i spent a week on my own. This time i had an entourage of 6, including my elderly parents.
The apartment was spot on location wise, literally steps away from Piazza Signoria and Uffizi. One just cannot get any more central in Florence. Everywhere else is a walk away.
The only single toilet was generously big and well furnished by any standard but the apartment was a little sparse elsewhere. I only wished it had one more toilet facility for a group our size. The apartment was tight for 6, even for a closely-knitted family, there was hardly space to hangout. The apartment on the 3rd floor through the dimly-lit lobby was quite a climb, it was a struggle for my parents. One has to remember to ask for washing powder which they sell at 1euro per packet for the washing machine.
That said, i wouldn't opt to stay in any other location in Florence. The price was great value for the location. Service wise, response was always quick with anything we asked for and wanted. Pre-trip communication was complete, clear and useful. Signoria apartments seemed quite professionally run, unlike some of the other hosts i have had to deal with on this trip.
If you have a group of not more than 4, young people, i would say, go for it!!
Location of apartment was excellent as it was close to a lot of facilities eg shops, supermarket etc.Host was helpful and friendly. There is a cute lift to take 3 persons up at one go to the desired floor. Can be quite noisy at night . Check out time was a tad too early at 10 am.
This flat is located in the heart of Florence -- above fantastic boutiques, near restaurants and walking distance to everything you want to see and do! The flat itself is quite stunning with gorgeous architecture and nicely furnished. Large closets to store all of your luggage and spacious overall. The one drawback was you can tell that the flat has not been adequately maintained. There were at least 5-6 lights out and one or two were actually hanging from the ceiling by the wires. I would advise the landlord to invest the time and money to give this unit the love it deserves, as it truly is a gem.
This comfortable and cheery apartment in the Santa Croce neighborhood is in a fantastic location, with a great patio overlooking a charming courtyard. We had an extremely positive experience from start to finish, thanks to the responsiveness and professionalism of Danilo and his colleagues.
The apartment is on a quiet street less than one block from the beautiful Santa Croce church, with wonderful restaurants such as Fagiole nearby. We easily walked to the main sites in Florence from the apartment, which was a great home base for our stay.
The apartment is cozy, so we used the patio as the sitting area. The bathroom was well-appointed, with modern fixtures. We could hear our neighbors, but it was not a problem.
We appreciated the warm welcome and helpful information that we received upon arrival. We felt well taken care of throughout our stay and would highly recommend Danilo as a host to our friends and family!
The lady that met us was really nice and helpful. But we had issue with the apartment. They were responsive and try to take care of it. Unfortunately they weren't able to fix the issue while we were there. The owner was willing to comp us for the trouble which we appreciate.
The reservation was canceled the day before arrival. This is an automated posting.
