There is ample parking and a CAT bus stop 5 minutes from the house. You are free to use my bike. I am happy to pick up guests from the airport for $10 as long as I am not at work when your plane arrives :)
Other Things to Note
just don't leave a mess! Make sure to turn the heat to OFF anytime you leave the house.
Genya is a great host and super helpful in helping me find activities to occupy my time while having an authentic Raleigh experience.
Very comfortable stay in a convenient location. I didn't use the public transportation, but was able to walk to a restaurant/shops. Genya's pre-stay communication was great and helpful. Met her briefly but she was a great host. I'd recommend. It was my first airbnb experience and look forward to using this service again!
Genya's place was great! Very clean and close to NCSU. She even provided a box of toiletries in case you forgot anything. Though we never met, she was always prompt to respond to text messages and helpful in answering questions or providing suggestions for things to do in the area.
Genya was engaging but not intrusive, and courteous about privacy. She helpfully proffered some local recommendations. Her place is well kept, just a short cab ride from Glenwood Ave and downtown. —Mandie, Eric & Hilary
Genya was an excellent host from the moment we arrived, offering us plenty of suggestions for things to do and see. The apartment was cozy and the postcards added a unique touch to the room. Would definitely recommend to anyone heading to the Raleigh area!
Genya was a great host. We never got the chance to meet her, as she was away for the weekend. The house was exactly as described and she was excellent and fast with communication. Clean, comfortable and close to some great shopping. It was especially fun being there the night NC State won the basketball game! She is really close to Mellow Mushroom and Elevation Church... what more do you need? :)
Genya was awesome! She made cookies and gave me an Airbnb t-shirt! Great location and very reasonably priced. Would stay again anytime.
I’m a May 2014 NCSU graduate and am currently working in downtown Raleigh. I have been hosting since November 2013 and have had amazing experiences doing so. I feel like I can travel without ever leaving Raleigh! I am happy to show you around, and I am very familiar with the University and the area.
