We can interact as much or as little as you like.
There is ample parking and a CAT bus stop 5 minutes from the house. You are free to use my bike. I am happy to pick up guests from the airport for $10 as long as I am not at work when your plane arrives :)
Other Things to Note
just don't leave a mess! Make sure to turn the heat to OFF anytime you leave the house.
Great room! Great location! We didn't get to meet Genya because she was out of town but she was very helpful and available if we needed anything.
Genya, was very inviting. Although my visit was short lived I will recommend her to all of my friends. Thanks for he hospitality!!
It was pretty relaxing to stay at Genya's place. 5 minute walk to the campus (all food joints etc.) and 2 minute walk to the grocery store. Everything was set up pretty well (car parking, wifi, bed with multiple pillows :)). She also offered some food when I was hungry, so nice of her. Totally recommend!
Genya was very prompt in responding to my request for a booking. A friend and I stayed in her room for one night. We had very flexible travel plans as we were both coming from separate events. Genya was very accommodating of our free-spiritedness, allowing us to arrive at a different time than originally planned (same day just a few hours later). Her space was very well kept, extremely clean, and smelled great! She has a post card exchange for her guests, which was really cute. We enjoyed browsing the other places her guests had come from. Parking was available and free at the park across from her house. This worked great for us, as both my friend and I had our cars and there was adequate parking for both of us without displacing the normal residents. We loved Genya's location in Cameron Villiage - so convenient to many different venues for food and events, and Genya gave us some great recommendations! All in all a wonderful first AirBnb experience.
Genya was a great host! She met me at the airport, was very friendly and sociable. The place was very clean, and she provided additional toiletries, as well as towels and extra blankets. Highly recommended!
Genya made me feel very welcome. I came in at 2am for two nights for a conference at the McKimmon Center. She left me clear instructions on how to get in, where to park, everything. I was able to get in quickly, put my stuff down and go to straight to sleep. She did a perfect job respecting privacy yet being friendly and welcoming.
Genya's place was just what I needed; a very small quant place with just about everything you needed. Genya provided a warm and welcoming atmosphere, as well as providing toiletries (which was completely unexpected!!). I would STRONGLY recommend this again as it was fantastic and just what I needed!
I’m a May 2014 NCSU graduate and am currently working in downtown Raleigh. I have been hosting since November 2013 and have had amazing experiences doing so. I feel like I can travel without ever leaving Raleigh! I am happy to show you around, and I am very familiar with the University and the area.
