The Space

Come stay with two chill and outgoing recent grads just minutes from NC State's campus and from downtown Raleigh. You will be staying in our clean and comfortable living room. We have a queen air mattress. It is also sometimes possible to accommodate several people, depending on if my roommate and I are home the days of your visit. Just ask!

You are welcome to use the washer/dryer and of course we have wifi! It is a five minute walk to NC State's campus, 3 minutes to a nice shopping center, and a 5 minute drive to Downtown Raleigh. The CAT bus stop is very close as well.

We have parking available and everything you need for a pleasant and FUN stay :)

If would like for us to show you around then we definitely can on nights/weekends. We can generally take last minute reservations and are extremely flexible with check in/check outs.

We also provide coffee/tea and have some breakfast food on hand in the mornings. Hope to see you soon :)

*please message me even if the calendar shows that the place is unavailable for your intended day(s), I might still be able to accommodate*

  • Genya is a very flexible and hospitable person. Although I didn't have much time to get to chat with her, she still went out of her way to accommodate to my and my travel partners' plans. Her place is also in a cute quiet neighborhood that is relatively close to downtown. If you are looking for a simple and affordable place to stay, I would highly recommend.

  • Genya was a great host and I enjoyed the stay. The location was perfect. You can easily take a bus to downtown Raleigh and there are restaurants and shopping places (Cameron Village) as well. I recommend this place :) Thanks Genya!

  • We had a very brief stay with Genya. She was very friendly and gracious and even let us use her room because she said we'd be more comfortable there. The house was very convenient to NCSU. Thanks, Genya!

  • We love our stay at Genya's! Genya was actually out of town- but her roommate Portia welcomed us! Portia was awesome, so incredibly kind, and all around cool person. She did more than we ever expected and made us feel right at home! Thank you so much! Would definitely stay again!

  • This place was a great spot for my short stay in Raleigh. Very convenient and clean. my host was actually Genya's roommate, Portia, and she was accommodating to all my requests as a guest. Great place to stay over the summer if you need a temporary place, also, with a good location to downtown Raleigh.
