It is Studio accommodation that is located to very convenience area. A few minutes walk from BTS Thonglor station. Private room with king size bed, bathroom, shared fitness, free wifi, little kitchen, jacuzzi, Japanese style jacuzzi, and laundry.
There are street stalls near the BTS Thonlor station.
Recommendations to go are as follows.
1. Thai Massage: Asian herbs Thonglor 55.
2. Rooftop bar: The Marriott hotel (5 minutes by walking)
3. Ramen restaurant: chicken soup ramen in the neighborhood called Nanase(七星)(4 mins by walking)
4.Breakfast and coffee are delicious at the cafe on the first floor, please use during your stay

Guest access
Guests have full and exclusive access to the entire property. You are welcome to use anything in the house.

There are shared fitness, Jacuzzi, and Japanese style jacuzzi on the roof. Laundry is also on the rooftop. On the second floor, it has Japanese manga library.

Other things to note
1. Even short therm stay or long tern stay at our place. Guest must submit passport to us before they stay in advance. Because we have to register their stay with Condo juristic person and in oder to provide to Thailand immigration (TM30).

We understand guest concern about safety. But we have to follow condo juristic person and Thailand policy (TM30). We do not use it in the another way, please do not worry about it. You can make sure that your stay 100% legal under Thailand law and policy.

2. Please check in after 3 p.m. only and check out before 12 p.m. If guest check out late without our permission, host can be double charge fee of the room rate. Unless guest and the host have an agreement regarding check-in and check-out times.
- Host has the right to deduct the fee for late check out from the deposit.

3. Guest can leave luggage at reception 2nd floor both of before check in time and after check out. Please inform our staff at 2nd floor every time when you leave luggage. Please do not leave value thing or money inside luggage. Our staff can not responsible if something lost or broken.

4. For cleaning the room our staff there is schedule for come to clean the room. They do not come every day. Guest can ask for more information about the date that they will come to clean the room with our staff at 2nd floor or with our staff on Airbnb. If short stay less than 3 day, there is no cleaning service.

5. Please avoid take smelly food to eat inside the room or cooking a smelly food inside the room. If there is smelly inside the room after guest check out, guest might get penalty fee for clean and remove the smell. Please carefully about it.

6. In washing process if there are size is changed, color falls or discoloration. Our staff can not responsible about it. Please carefully.

7. After done and eat your meal, please wash your tableware by yourself.

8. If you are concerned about the smell of the drain of the toilet, please drain water to the drainage on the back of the toilet. The faucet drain water is dry with heat.

9. Our place locate at centre of city【Thong Lo Area】. So in night time might have some sound from the vehicle on road.

10. We ask guest please reduce voice down in night time after 8 p.m. Please do not interrupt other guest, they have to take a rest. If you do not follow it and i get a complain from other guest. You might get complain and penalty fee from us. Please carefully about it.

11. We provide guest an iron but you have to rent from our staff at 2nd floor. You have to share it with other guest.

12. At rooftop we provide guest as below [Temporarily closed except laundry service].
- Laundry service : washing machine and dryer. But guest have to prepare 10 baht's coin for 3 coin (30 baht) when you would like to use it.
- Small Gym room.
- Japanese onsen : Open from 5 p.m. - 10 p.m. on Monday - Friday. Open from 9 a.m. - 2 p.m. and from 4 p.m. - 9 p.m. on Saturday - Sunday or Holiday.
- Jacuzzi.
- Small golf course.
- Some space for relax.

13. Under the rights of the host , We have a right to check the room ,to the extent stipulated by law even if there are guests staying.

14. If you have food in the room, we advise you to keep some food in the fridge because sometimes there are ants. So we don't responsible for cleaning certainly .

15. Guest have to share wifi internet with other persons in the floor. So if there are many guest use wifi in the same times, it will affect to the wifi speed.

16. We do not allow guest to take another persons stay at our place except the guest was notified in Airbnb reservation.

17. Guest can smoke at balcony. But when guest smoke at there, please close the room door avoid the smell come inside the room. Important point is please keep clean and keep cigaret butt every time after smoke and please do not throw cigaret butt outside.

Another details.
1. Electricity distribution system in Thailand , there is rarely a power failure or power outage. If there is a power cut, the electricity department will notice in advance or maybe a power outage when a rain storm occurs.

 2. As for the Wi-Fi internet system may be a problem with the signal system if the speed is slow or may not work due to the rain, so we can not solve the problem directly. Because it must be a network system solution.We are cover only the room.

 3. Our accommodation is a perfect room suitable for traveling at an affordable price.
