Betta a Yaad Villa is a self-contained, modern on the inside rustic look on the outside Villa, with a beautiful beach Decor loft bedroom. Located in the secure gated community of the Sunshine Village complex on the west end road, Negril. We are centrally located to Everything, we also have a fully stocked kitchen, beautiful walk-in shower/bath room, living room/dining room, washer, dryer , AC, ceiling fan, smart TV, cable, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth stereo/CD player, Surveilance camera on the outside .

For your enjoyment, Betta A Yaad Villa is thoughtfully equipped with yoga mats, beach chairs, beach towels, games, and more—everything you need to relax and unwind.

Our villa is complemented by one of the best ocean views in the complex, along with a private patio—perfect for enjoying breathtaking sunsets over the Caribbean Sea or sipping your morning coffee in peace.

The villa comfortably accommodates up to 4 guests and also features a double-size futon on the lower level. Inside, you’ll find a beautiful blend of modern style with touches of vintage Jamaican décor, creating a unique and cozy island experience.

Betta A Yaad Villa is located upstairs in the Sunshine Village Complex, a 32-unit property uniquely situated above a convenient shopping area. Just steps away, you’ll find a variety of amenities including our beautiful food court , free parking, a doctor’s office, souvenir shops, the popular Sunshine Scoop ice cream shop with a kids’ park, Country Store grocery, a salon, and more—everything you need right at your doorstep. The property also offers on-site security for your peace of mind.

We are just minutes away from the famous Rick’s Café, where you can enjoy cliff diving and unforgettable sunsets. Nearby, you’ll also find the Negril Lighthouse, along with a variety of restaurants, bars, and scenic spots to take in the beauty of Negril.

To the east, just a short walk away, you’ll discover the world-famous 7 Miles of white sand beach, filled with restaurants, bars, entertainment, nightlife, and relaxing spa experiences.

Transportation is easy—taxis are readily available just downstairs by the salon and café or along the street, ready to take you on your daily adventures.

Betta A Yaad Villa is a privately owned property. While we do our best to provide a safe and comfortable stay, owners are not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings during your visit. We kindly ask all guests to be mindful and take proper care of the villa, especially when traveling with children—adult supervision is required at all times.

A refundable damage deposit of $200 is required. By your booking agent.This will be returned after inspection of the villa, provided no damage is found.

As Jamaica is a tropical country, we ask guests to dispose of garbage regularly to help prevent bugs, ants, and other insects. Please avoid leaving food, sweet drinks, or alcohol exposed, as this may attract insects. We maintain the property with regular pest control; however, your cooperation helps keep the space clean and comfortable for everyone.

Please note that Betta A Yaad Villa is an ocean-view property, not beachfront. The beach and cliffs are just a short walk or drive away. We are centrally located in Negril, but not directly on the 7 Mile Beach.

For your safety, the property is equipped with outdoor surveillance cameras.

To help you get started, we provide 2 rolls of toilet paper and basic bathroom essentials upon arrival. Guests are responsible for replenishing these items for the remainder of their stay.

Note; Sunshine village complex is getting a facelift so you will see some unfinished areas that is also been work at, be patient with us as we get our complex beautified.
