Large bright self contained room, situated on the seafront at Sandymount, there is a direct bus route to city centre 5 minutes from our house,it runs every 15 minutes and it takes about 15 minutes to reach the centre.
We have the expanse of Sandymount Strand to the front, with lovely garden view to rear.
Sandymount village has seven restaurants and three pubs along with some coffee shops all within walking distance.
We are close to Aviva Stadium, RDS Arena, 3Arena, The Convention Centre etc
The space
This is a large family home directly on the seafront.

The room is large and self contained, it includes double bed, TV, WiFi, sink, small fridge, microwave, wardrobe, facilities for tea/coffee, large window with lovely rear garden view.
Large private bathroom with shower.
Guests will have private entrance to the house.

Sandymount is a lovely safe upmarket residential area, although on the seafront, it is only 3km from city centre, there is a good bus and train (Dart) service, the train also gives easy access to interesting walk ways along the coast just south of the city.
The Aircoach is about a 15 min walk from the house.

Hi all, Dave here, myself and my wife Mags would like to welcome you to our family home, now that our kids have grown up and moved on, we have lots of time for gardening, walking, travel , we love Sandymount and can give lots of tips on great walks, where to eat and drink in the area, and trips further afield.
