  • Paul's Condo is in a great location within walking distance of Arts Center, Mill Street (restaurants, etc), the University, Light Rail to Mesa and Phoenix and great walking (bike) paths along the water. Paul (email hidden), provides healthy fare for breakfast and his condo is immaculate and so well appointed. Thank you for providing a grand end to my Route 66 trek.

  • This is my first airbnb experience. I stayed two evenings while in town for a triathlon which was right across the street. Paul is a tremendously thoughtful and generous host. He greeted me at the community gate and helped me unload and carry my gear to his condo. When I was departing, helped me reload everything. He was up at 4:30AM on race morning preparing a wonderful breakfast for me (despite my plea not to get up that early for me!). Paul even came out on the course to cheer me on as I exited the transition to start the bike segment! The following day we were up at a more reasonable time, and once again he prepared a fantastic breakfast. His condo is extremely clean and beautifully decorated, and I found the ambiance quite relaxing. Highly recommended!

  • very nice stay, Paul was always there to help and to prepare a nice and healthy breakfast. The location close to an airtrain stop is a good thing: i was able to go downtown easily. the neighborhood is nice, also, lots of bars and restaurant;
    And the pictures featured on the air bnb page are very accurate;

  • We just enjoyed a four night stay in Pauls condo. Paul's condo is in a great location - walking distance to all the restaurants/bars/shops on Mill Avenue, bus stops, and the light rail. Right outside the door is Salt River which has a beautiful running path around it that I used every morning. The condo is right in the path of the airport but neither one of us had difficulty sleeping due to this. Beds were comfortable and the desert breeze made sleeping easy.

    As others have mentioned, Pauls condo is one of the cleanest living spaces I have ever seen! The bathroom is cleaned daily and at night Paul turns on lights under the bed so you can easily find your way.
    I can't say enough wonderful things about the morning breakfasts that Paul provided! They were light and healthy but gourmet!! One of the days he made a custard that was his moms recipe! And Paul, I'm still dreaming about those berries....Delicious! I will never forget those breakfasts.

    We felt comfortable coming and going as we pleased. Paul is a great conversationalist and such an interesting person to talk to. He is very welcoming. On our last morning he arose earlier than normal, insisting that we have breakfast before we left. He even had taken the time to put the news on the tv where we were headed so we could see the weather/traffic. What a nice, thoughtful touch.

    Highly recommend for your next stay in Tempe!

  • Location was great-- nice park and art center right across the street perfect for after work running/walking/people watching and plenty of restaurants close by. As a housemate Paul was a friendly and helpful. But the real treat for me was the breakfast, what a great and healthy way to start the day. Thanks for taking me in Paul!

  • Paul is the consummate host: a clear communicator, friendly, and unobtrusive. His pad is like Rivendell, where the hobbits can stop to rest and relax in the midst of Tempe's lively temper. His breakfasts are worthy of a great fine dining review. And he happily sees you come and go without any expectation of you spending time with him. Though I understand that he gladly shows folks around too when their schedules permit. As for unexpected gems in his neighborhood, 100 yards from his luxury condo complex you'll find "The Sail Inn", a great local music venue populated by the independant music scene, 20-40 year olds and a welcome alternative to the Mill Avenue macho college mode. And it was easy to get by without a rental car, with lightrail and buses, a 5-110 minute stroll. Did I mention Paul's interior design craft--I thought I was good with ambient light! Enjoy!!!!

  • Great stay, beautiful room, delicious breakfasts, helpful host! Paul has his own stunning wildlife photography on the walls and his home is very clean and serene. My business trip was made easy because of his guidance and the location suited my need. Quick access to the airport and downtown via car, taxi or transit. Thanks!

  • Paul has (email hidden) that is both inviting and nourishing. I cannot imagine a more pristine environ and capable host. I will miss his simple, yet exquisite, breakfast offerings as much as the conversation. As his place is lovely walk away from Tempe, ASU, the lite rail line, and the water, I wish I could have stayed longer! Mahalo nui loa, Paul!

RMfor2 Host and Editor
Hello. I'm Paul, your RMfor2 Editor & Host ...and into the heart of the Colorado Rocky Mountains I went. While living at 9000' in the Mountain Town of Frisco Colorado, it was my project to restore the dated lodging operations of an old log cabin and make it a business. The historic cabin was used by gold miners back in the day and then later reconstructed and used as a Hostel. With weeks of restorations behind me, I soon began to operate the nine bedroom three bath Woods Inn, as a comfortable Bed & Breakfast Lodge, hosting many guests destined for world class winter skiing and all the wonderful adventuring the Rocky Mountains provided. And yes, there was a ghostly guest also. A haunted added charm you might say. The Inn (email hidden) with rustic sit down dining for our menu of fondue, bottled wines and chocolate deserts. Fireplace warmed and candle sconce ambiance throughout the knotty pine interior added to the comfort surroundings everyone would later enjoy after a day skiing the diamonds. The Rocky Mountain adventures were precious to our guests and our fondue dinner with horse drawn sleigh ride a favorite choice and a wonderful way to share their day before bed. Welcome morning in for as many as 20 guests waking to views of pure white snow and crystal blue Rocky Mountain sky. It was then my chef hat and breakfast was served. Sipping on hot coffee, the travelers had reached their destination, slept comfortably and as we looked at the overnight snow that had fallen, the skiers were anxious to get on the hill and for the others, time to check out for their journey home. My Housekeeping then prepped the rooms at the Inn while I hit the slopes at Copper Mountain, Breckenridge, Keystone or Arapahoe Basin, each ski resort with exceptional terrain for world class winter sport experiences. With a couple hours of skiing enjoyed, it's then back to check-in the Inn's new arrivals and help the kitchen staff get ready for our dinner guests. A busy lifestyle throughout a winter filled with powder snowfalls and then the warmth of spring with groomed runs until the resorts closed for the season. Welcome summer in with my sons arriving to enjoy the Rocky Mountain small town community appeal and the wonderful lifestyle it provided us. After the Inn was sold, over time I later created business success as Titan Doors, a National Service Company providing On Call commercial door repair and replacement for many well recognized Retail Store Chains & Companies throughout the US 48, Alaska and Hawaii. Twelve years as Managing Contractor with my office in Newport Beach. I'm now developing RMfor2 web presence for Internet and maps search results to reservation bookings. My first RMfor2 market test became a very popular B&B style Guest Room rental in Arizona throughout 2012 and 2013. A pleasure to have been host to those traveling from throughout the United States and overseas Scotland, Germany, France, Australia, Uruguay, Tasmania and for some, a first time travel to US. The Back Bay Cottage condominium rentals have become a destination favorite for many traveling to enjoy the New England charm of Boothbay Harbor Maine. Please continue to reserve Jackie & Tony's Penthouse and Starboard Luxury Condo Suites throughout 2014 and beyond. Tony's new Frisco Sports Chalets condominiums on Main Street Frisco are in construction and just minutes drive by car or shuttle bus to Summit County's World Class Ski Resorts and near to Vail. Looking further into 2014 will be our Bend Oregon Guest House .. offering you Bed & Breakfast style room rentals for those traveling to explore and adventure the Eastern Cascade Mountains in Bend Oregon. ... good travels always!
