This is the place for those who want to stay in the city center, close to all attractions but hate the noise of a frenetic city like Rome. It is located on a quiet hill over viale Trastevere, a trendy area with bars, restaurants and historical sites.
The atmosphere feels very quiet and relaxed, but also close to the vibrant everyday life of Trastevere.
Completely renovated, it has a wooden floor all over the place, a spacious living room with a sofa that turns into a large for 2 people, a modern fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom with a large bed and a bathroom.
Entrance is at ground floor but there is another apartment below since it is on a hill. It was part of a loft before.

Federicos place was beautiful and clean, very spacious and quiet. We had everything we could possibly need, he really did think of everything from a travellers point of view. The bed was so comfortable. The location was excellent, short walk down the hill to find many bars and restaurants and tram number 8, which we used heaps. This was our first air bnb stay, abd Federicos place has set bar very high. We're in Portugal and have booked another air bnb stay today in Lisbon, hope its as good as Federicos.
What an amazing experience in a such a great place in Rome. We couldn't meet Federico in person but we were lucky enough to meet his father, a true gentleman who welcomed us even though we came a little later than we announced! The apartment is just amazing. Extremely clean and organized, has everything you could need in the apartment. Location is great as well, with a nice parking spot. Very close to all attractions of Rome and still really quiet at night. Federico also left us milk, water, a bottle of wine, even bus ticket. Really organized and professional. I won't hesitate to stay in the same place again and would gladly recommend this apartment to all Airbnb guests going to Rome! Thanks Federico
Federico's apartment is fully equipped , with a lot of space for a family of 4. Everything is well organized.
The neighborhood is really quiet and well located if you like walking ( 20 - 30 mins to the centre ) especially if you cut through the trastevere which is full of nice bars and trattorie.
Negative point was the smell inside the apartment caused (for me)by the time that was closed before and the high levels of humidity in the area.
Overall it is a good option.
We haven't met Federico ( just his father and his staff) but all of them are really polite , helpful and professional.
Un très bon accueil d'un ami de Federico qui lui a été très disponible et réactif par mail. L'appartement est très bien et la localisation très pratique avec le tramway à 150m.
Un très bon séjour !
A great place to stay, clean, comfortable and quiet! The apartment is very nice, with a lot of space and very well equipped. The apartment is as shown on the photos and very well located.
There was tea, coffee, milk, snacks and some food that saved us the 1st breakfast.
The communication with Federico was perfect via mail, and his father Andrea was very kind with us. The check in and check out was very easy and good.
It is perfect for 2-4 persons.
One of the best places to stay if you go to Rome!
Federico and his father Andrea (who was the one who met us at the apartment) are super well organised - it was a pleasure to communicate with them!
the apartment is exactly as shown on the photos - a great place to stay, clean, comfortable and quiet! It is on the outskirts of Trastevere - but great if you want to get out of the tourist areas and enjoy a bit of calm after a long day in the crowds. The best thing was that we had tea, coffee, milk, juice and some snacks at the place for breakfast - saved us after a late night arrival! Thank you!

I am a tech entrepreneur living between London and Rome. I am Co-Founder of 2 tech startups and I am director of a startup incubator in Rome. I like research and for this reason I am also doing a PhD with a focus on crowd-sourcing.
In my free time I love traveling, surfing and painting.
