Take in far-reaching 180-degree city vistas from this 22nd-floor corner apartment. It features a concealed fireplace, along with a wealth of designer ceiling lights.

This apartment is located in the Pecherskiy neighborhood. Although not teeming with tourists, Pecherskiy is still considered a part of downtown Kyiv. In fact, this neighborhood offers the best of both worlds: you are still in the middle of a buzzing city but don’t need to fight the tourist crowds.

The space
The place has all the amenities: high-speed Wi-Fi, washer/dryer, shampoo/conditioner, hair dryer, towels, heated floors, air conditioning/heater, projector, desk, dishwasher, oven and fridge. It comfortably sleeps four people. One bedroom is fully isolated with a queen-size bed and there is a private lounge area with a queen size bed as well. Most of the apartment decor is purchased locally from the Ukrainian designers.

For any of your other general needs, there are two grocery stores—Silpo and Furshet—within 7 minutes. Ocean Plaza (10-min walk) is one of the city's biggest malls, and also hosts pool parties on its rooftop.
