Place was as described, cute decor, clean and comfortable.
Reagan was at the door to greet me, and invited me into their absolutely wonderful space -- comfortable furnishings, clean beautiful colors, wifi, music and netflix available, tea in the cupboard, and all the charm of an 1890's home with its wood floors, bay windows, plants! I especially liked the cowgirl lamp and the large painting in the guest room.
The stairs up to the room had a good railing and were easily managed, window in the guest room opened to let in a breeze and morning birdsong, bed was comfy with a couple of pillow options, shower worked well, water was hot, all in all, a *very* comfortable space to stay.
Both Julie and Reagan were glad to help carry bags and offer suggestions for places to eat, where to park, and where I could get in a good walk; they made sure I knew where everything was in the house, and that I knew I was welcome to use the living room and kitchen as well as the guest room. Wonderfully comfortable couch where I stretched out and checked email!
I was busy at a conference most of the time I was there but hope to return and stay with them again to explore their corner of Tacoma.
This was my first Airbnb experience! My hosts, Julie and Reagan, were quick to respond and communicative throughout my arrival. When I arrived they were very welcoming and made me feel at home. Very cute house and conveniently located close to the Convention Center. Another bonus was their handsome cat. Thank you two! I would definitely recommend them!
Julie and Reagan are awesome hosts! They left out a little blue laminated sheet with important info and passwords, the bed was clean and super comfy (I like the memory foam topper and pillows they had), and their conversation was interesting and intelligent. I would love to see these ladies again if I ever find myself in Tacoma. In fact, they might be my excuse to go back!! Thanks!
I stayed with Julie and Reagan when I was spending a few days in downtown Tacoma. Their house was within walking distance to everything I needed to see, such as the antique stores and the museums. There were plenty of restaurants close by near UW-Tacoma. Julie and Reagan's spare room was cozy and quiet, just what I needed after a long day walking around Tacoma. Julie and Reagan were a big help during my stay and I were able to help me with things that I needed to make my stay more comfortable.
There is a comfort level that I experience w Julie & Reagan that is warm friendly and engaging. I thoroughly enjoy their company and look forward to my next visit.
A confortable home, close to downtown, where two nice ladies will offer you hospitality : what more is there to ask ?

About the Host, Julie And Reagan
We are an active couple who are long-time Washingtonians originally from the Deep South (Reagan) and Western New York (Julie). We love hiking/backpacking in the summer, festive anything in the winter and cooking family meals with our favorite people all season long. Gill (our young-adult cat version of Fabio) kind of runs the place, so don't be intimidated. Just kidding, you probably won't even see him.
