The space
Available to non-smokers from May 21 through until the fall. Unfortunately the cottage is already booked June 5th to the7th. There is a one week minimum stay after July 4th weekend. Otherwise it is a two day minimum.

The property is a renovated, one room circular gazebo shaped room with a stone patio on a hillside overlooking our private lake. The cottage has a double bed and full bath. Linens are provided. In the small half-kitchen there is a microwave, hot plate and small refrigerator. Amenities include heat, phone, tv & DSL internet (it can occasionally be a bit slow). The lake has rowboats and a paddleboat. There is a large pool on the property and country-style tennis court (not for pros!).

This is NOT a bungalow colony.

Located 90 miles from NYC, one mile from the village of Woodridge, NY. One-half mile from the trout-stocked Neversink River, seventeen miles from the Bethel-Woods Museum & concert site, eight miles from Sivananda Yoga Ashram & five miles from Resorts World Casino & Water Park. This area is great for fishing, biking, hiking or just relaxing. Dogs and/or cats ok.
