- Studio Location: Find your studio at the front of the house main entrance. Open the porch gate and look for the MERMAID🧜🏻‍♀️decor icon on the door, to your left.
- Keyless Entry: Use both commercial Yale locks with your unique 5-digit code. To wake up the gate lock touch the screen with the back of your hand, the studio door has a keypad, to start press the key ✔, enter your code and press ✔ again.

"I traveled to the Ultra Music at Bayfront Park 3 miles away. The house was nice, the host was great, the neighborhood was safe. It was a really great experience overall. It was a 20 thousand people's baseball game at the stadium across the street... too noisy. 1 stars"

Neighborhood highlights

We are in a very center of Miami. The 17th avenue and NW 7th street are 4 lanes routes with heavy traffic. It is noisy during the day but about 8:00 PM total silent as the traffic ends. Airport is 10 minutes from our house and the Marlins Stadium across the street. Please do not expect for silence or angelic song of the birds. During the night it become quiet and the area is very secure as well as Marlins Stadium Park in a geographical center of Miami. We are also near Miami river with boat ramp and sport activities. Food services are available within a mile from the house on foot:
Pharmacy: 20 feet. Gym: 30 feet. Sandwich or Fast foot: 3 min 7-Eleven: 12 min. Super cheap small grocery market: 17 min. Super big cheap grocery market 26 min. Food chain big super market: 16 min.
