Beautiful and nice apartment, very well located and full equiped. If you want to visit Cologne this is a great opportunity! I recommend it 100%.
Great place, very central, short walk to all the sights, and plenty of local amenities right outside the door. Comfortable, clean, nice flat, with a large TV and a DVD selection, so if it rains you can still have a great time. Hosts met us and made us feel at home, and gave us useful tips about things to see or places to eat in. Thanks for a great stay!
The overall experience in Corry's apartment was very good. Her husband was able to promptly meet me after my arrival in Cologne and explained all of the amenities as well as gave some tips about the surrounding area. The apartment is over the river from the touristy parts of Cologne, so a walk or tram ride was required. That said, the tram is easily accessible and can run you most places in the city. Additionally, this location does provide the advantage of being quite quiet and peaceful. The bathroom is spacious and quite nice. The bed wasn't the most comfortable I've ever slept on, but it was far from the worst. I had a nice stay and would recommend this listing.
This place was very beautiful mainly the bathroom! It was very clean and they had everything available for us. Corey's husband Robert was very nice and accommodating he explained everything n the house to us and even took time to explains things n the area. He even had flowers for my wife when we arrived, very thoughtful! The place was located in a good area some restaurants, coffee shops and grocery store were very close by. And it is located close to the bridge so u can go to the other side of köln. Thank you very much Corey and Robert!
Corry's husband Robert met us near the apartment, and showed us around. The place was clean and as described. The location was great for us because it was close to the trade show. Nice neighborhood, but a little noisy. I'm a light sleeper so I need a quiet place. We did love the neighborhood.

About the Host, Corry
My husband and I have recently moved to Cologne to help babysit our grandson. In our spare time, we teach English to professionals, pre-school children, and senior citizens. (The first profile picture shows me (in the middle) with my daugther Helen (right), sister Lizzy (left), cousin Christine and baby Enda. The second profile picture shows Enda with my husband Robert (right) and son-in-law Fergal.)The 3rd picture shows Enda in Oct 2012.With him being Irish we are having a hell of a job keeping him away from the beer.
We live just round the corner (on the next block) so can be at the apartment very quickly to hand over the keys to new guests.
