You cannot beat the location of this home! You're a short 10 min walk from Edgartown's amazing restaurants & shops, in addition to a short bike ride to Katama's famous South Beach or Oak Bluff's State Beach. Both easily accessible via bike paths.

The space
The health and safety of our guests is our number one priority. To minimize person-to-person contact you'll be able to check-in via a smart lock with a personalized code for your booking. Plus, our expert cleaning crew is following all current CDC guidelines for making sure our home is disinfected and safe.

The home's main level offers a well appointed living room with a sofa, side chairs and flat-screen TV, along with guest room with a queen bed, full just remodeled bathroom with large glass shower, newly renovated kitchen with new appliances and quartz countertops, plus a dining area that accommodates 6.

The upstairs level features another full bathroom, which has been completed remodeled with a bathtub / shower combo, along with a bedroom with two twin beds and a primary bedroom with a queen bed.

The entire house has just been outfitted with a mini split system, offering air conditioning throughout.

The large fenced in backyard features an outdoor shower, deck with dining furniture for 6, gas grill and Adirondack chairs, perfect for enjoying warm summer evenings in Martha's Vineyard.

Martha's Vineyard has a special place in our hearts. My husband and I met on the island, were married in Edgartown, so it only seemed natural to establish some roots on this magical island. We currently live in Los Angeles, but travel back to MV frequently to visit family and friends.
