Очень одесская квартира, неправильной планировки, но зато с великолепным балконом. Находится в самом центре города. Вокруг множество интересных заведений. Курить можно только на балконе. Гости,которые нарушают правила и курят в квартире,при выезде оплачивают 20 долларов на генеральную уборку.
