  • An amazing place located in a hidden gem of a neighborhood. Walking distance to the market, coffee/wine house, bike shop and all access gym @ the University. Richmond district has so much to offer (restaurants, farmers market, nail salon, spa, park and so much more). I truly enjoyed my stay and everything was so accessible. 2 blocks from bus transportation. Jan was outstanding and very helpful. She provided information about SF, the immediate area and always checked in to see if I needed anything. The place is newly renovated and has all the accessories (dishwasher, washer/dryer, stove top, coffee maker, microwave, fridge/freezer). You have a table for 2 and a sofa to relax. The bedroom is closed off to get some rest. And, the garden patio is enjoyable and a great view from the open window ambiance.

A fantastic place with a friendly, outgoing host.

Hi. We're friendly folks who have lived in SF for more than 25 years, in this charming neighborhood near Golden Gate park and close to downtown. We love walking and biking in the City, and hiking in Marin and the East Bay hills. Love to travel whenever possible -- favorite places include Turkey and Thailand. We relish the range of ethnic cuisines available within six blocks from home. We try to provide everything a guest would need - transit maps, guidebooks, olive oil and balsamic vinegar, upscale linens, and all the privacy that a guest prefers. We're available if you'd like, or will respect your private sanctuary if that's your preference. We hope you'll love living like a local in San Francisco as much as we do!
