The space

"Mountain Retreat" is a premier one bedroom Condo in the Waikiki Banyan complex.

It is one block from the Beach, a few blocks from the Zoo, the bus stop is right in front of the building. Restaurants, nightlife, and activities for all ages are nearby.

"Mountain Retreat" has a Fully equipped Kitchen with pots and pans, utensils, cups, plates, coffee maker, toaster, rice cooker, crock pot, and more... Full size fridge, convention oven, and 4 burner cook top. The bedroom boasts a very comfortable plush pillow topped king size bed., linens and blankets, night stand and a dresser. The large couch in the living room folds out into a full size bed for two. There is also a fold out futon for and extra guest.

There is an over sized Lanai to admire the majestic beauty of the Ko'olau Mountains

The Banyan complex offers a full host of other amenities including, Washer/Dryer at the end of each hall, convenient trash chute, large pool, two Jacuzzi s, sauna steam room, barbecues, tennis, child's play area, small putting green, mini convenience store, small poolside eatery, and activities desk.

The front desk and reception area has a convenient pick up and drop off point situated in between palm trees, tropical plants, and a koi pond. There is also a new coffee shop that offers up fresh island ground coffee and smoothies.

I am accessible to all of my guests, as I live 15 minutes away from the property. If there is anything the guests needs, don't hesitate to ask.

The neighborhood

Close to the Zoo, Kapiolani Park, and The queens beach. Dining, entertainment, and restaurants all are within walking distance.

Getting around

The Bus system is conveniently located on the street level of Kuhio in front of the Waikiki Banyan.

**Aloha Hideaway Policies**

•Please treat our HOME, AS IF IT WAS YOUR OWN and the rest of these rules will follow suit.
•There are no Pets Allowed
•There is strictly NO SMOKING anywhere in this unit, or Balcony. Please go down stairs and outside to smoke. If smoke damage or the presence of smoking is detected, there will be a $250 cleaning/restoration fee charged.
•If the unit is left in a state where excessive or specialized cleaning is required, the guest will be responsible for such charges. Each guest is responsible for the cleanliness of the unit while occupying it as there will be no daily made service.
•An overflowing toilet can easily be avoided by not throwing anything other than toiler paper in. A plunger is provided. Turn off the toilet water valve in the event of an emergency and contact me. We do not want to charge our guests for plumber out call visits.
•Please obey all Waikiki Banyan posted signs, and House Rules provided.
•The parking pass must stay with the unit upon checkout and if lost there will be a $100 replacement fee
•All Keys must be left in the unit upon checkout; Each set of missing will be charged $75 dollars.
•Please TAKE OFF SHOES or “Slippas” /flip flops/sandals upon entering the Unit.
•A replacement cost will be charged for any item that is damaged and deemed unfit for further use.
•Please be careful with your drinks such as juices, wine, and beer, on the carpet, couch, and other areas that could become damaged by carelessness. We will charge a replacement cost for any badly damaged or mishandled linen. Please take care not to stain, rip, or damage them (i.e. pillows, comforters, towels, sheets, pillowcases, drying towels, hand towels, beach towels, wash cloths, or bath mats.)
•For spills USE ONLY RAGS and cleaning supplies provided under the sinks.
•As accidents do happen, please inform us of any damages, we will be fair in the outcome.
