Where you’ll be

Borve, Scotland, United Kingdom

There is a large hill which you can see from the pods. It is a nice climb and when you reach the top you will see outstanding views.
We have a flock of sheep and in the spring time you will see lambs on the croft.
If you look towards the hill sometimes you can see an eagle soaring above.
During your stay you may get a visit from our friendly working sheepdog Monty and our very nosy cat called Kitty! Please don't let them into the pods.
Further along the road there is a deer farm sometimes you can see them when arriving or leaving Borve.
There is a salmon river and 9 hole golf course 2 miles away.
There is also pony trekking 3 miles away and
4 miles away is Portree where you will find plenty of nice restaurants, bars, coffee shops, takeaways, gift shops and supermarkets. Down on the harbour you will be able to take a boat trip where you may see seals and eagles.
