LARGE EXECUTIVE HOME on the beach of the Sea of Cortez with ocean and mountain views from every window. Beautifully furnished with artistic Mexican furniture. From materials and colors celebrating the local culture to being bathed in natural day light you'll enjoy a great kitchen, 4 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms and a professional full-size pool table opposite a spacious living room. Outside there's an outdoor grill, large patio, swimming pool and even a rooftop observation deck and bar.

The space
Baja's East Cape is a vacation paradise. You can enjoy everything on your own, or, we can make arrangements to have our local Mexican friends and their families take you fishing and sightseeing. Our friends Victor and Victor Jr. are licensed charter captains, and our other friend, Hector is a licensed taxi driver. Hector's wife Cuca is also an amazing chef.

Guest access
You'll have full access to the entire house, and the grounds. You can also walk or drive up the beach to Hotel Rancho Leonaro, where you can enjoy the bar, restaurant, pool and views.

Other things to note
There are many things to see, from Missions dating back to the 1600s, beaches, snorkeling, hiking, horseback riding, touring an old silver mine, hikes up to "Flattop" the mesa nearby, hikes up in the Canyon near Santiago, to a freshwater pool, to many beautiful "out of the way" things you just don't see at home. How about the piano museum in El Triunfo? We can arrange for you to be guided to all of these things if you prefer. Or, instead, I can mail you a "things to do" and you can explore on your own!

Neighborhood highlights

Our neighborhood is secluded and without light pollution. You can see incredible stars at night, listen to the ocean lapping and you just might be woken up to a seal on the beach! Just up the beach is Hotel Rancho Leonaro which has a full restaurant and bar, and a swimming pool that they will allow you to use, provided you spend some money there.
