The apartment has 2 large double bedrooms, both with designer wardrobes and carpeted, The main bedroom is ensuite with a shower whilst the flat has a further main bathroom with bath and shower. The entrance hall has 2 further rooms; one a large storage and coat room and then a further laundry room with washing machine. The living/dining area benefits from a 6 person leather L shape sofa, designer glass coffee table and glass dining table fitting for 4 (6 at a squeeze). There are patio doors off the living area to a Juliette balcony looking over the waterside and right over the East of Manchester to the Peak District. Look to your left and you can see the impressive Ethiad Stadium.

If you are arriving by car, parking couldn't be easier with the 24 Hour Tariff Street Indoor Manned Car Park 75 yards further down Ducie Street. Alternatively, there is a large open surface car park to the rear of Ducie Wharf which serves Piccadilly station too and costs £7 per 24hrs.
For long term stays, parking on site can be provided in some cases. If this is of interest let me know when you mail into make your booking.

Although centrally located, you can’t find a more tranquil urban space in any city, with the apartment block nestled in the Piccadilly Basin Canal complex. Please see the photos. Whilst you’re only 5 mins walk away from the hustle and bustle of the NQ, Spinningfields, Canal Street to name a few (there is little need to muck about with a cab if you fit and able to walk home!), you are assured of a peaceful nights sleep.
The apartment has 2 double bedrooms with double beds so comfortably sleeps 4, There are 2 camp beds available with a further 2 guests possible in the second bedroom but this would be a squeeze. I have 2 other apartment in the same block which caters for 6 people better as they each have large comfy sofa beds
The apartment couldn’t be better placed to suit the Manchester visitor or regular business traveller. Ducie Wharf, the apartment block, is next to The Place apartment hotel were rooms of same size (and lesser standard in my biased opinion!) rent for twice the price and less flexible check in/checkout time as this large 2 bed/bath apartment. Malmaisson, Hilton Doubletree, Premier Inn, Max apartments and Abode Hotel are within 200 yards of Ducie Wharf paying testament to its location.
It takes 3 mins to walk from Manchester Piccadilly allowing quick access off the train station and easy access even with heavy luggage. At the end of the road is a large taxi rank allowing you to get out and about quickly if you’re in a rush or prevent a drenching in the rain if heading to another part of town. Manchester is not a big place and you can walk to the other side of the City in 15 mins which can be quicker in rush hour. Further along is a 24 hour Spar and Tesco meaning you’re never more than a few minutes away from anything you need at the apartment,
The apartment is 5 mins walk to Northern Quarter, Canal Street with Deansgate and Spinningfields being 10 minutes away and literally 15 mins directly up the road is Ethiad Stadium for Manchester City. Old Trafford is a short hop on the tram from Manchester Piccadilly. You really can’t go wrong with staying at the apartment and accessing EVERYTHING this city has to offer.
He was a very friendly, helpful and considerate host, always there when you needed him. Was always quick to response. The flat was absolutely amazing and fit the description to the 'T'. With a this property being in a prime location, I would recommend this to anyone wanting to have a pleasant time in Manchester. I would love to book this again if coming to visit Manchester again. A great place to stay with friends or family.
Excellent apartment as shown in the pictures on the listing. Location was extremely convenient for the train station and Manchester City centre, include the Northern Quarter. Would highly recommend.

Great location and very well equipped space - wonderfully quiet (I'm a nutcase about street noise and car traffic can ruin a nights sleep...not in this case The bess are remarkably comfortable and Michael really went out of his way to make us comfortable.

Daddy of two little boys - my wife and I remember the days we travelled far and wide before they arrived. With airbnb we can do it once again, with them. Have significant other property business in Manchester which has allowed me to provide the best 'home from homes' on airbnb for visitors to enjoy.
Dream regularly of travelling around the world with a credit card and an iPad with the airbnb app and just making it up as we go along.... one day!!
