TESTIMONIAL: "“BOOK IT! You will not be sorry. The only thing I’m sorry about is telling others about this place, fearing it won’t be available when I want to book a return trip! Fred and Tania are amazing. We enjoyed our conversations with them immensely, and they were just the right amount of attentive. They even gave us one of their first beautiful blooms from a Lily they’d just cut from the garden. It kept our room smelling glorious our whole stay! The property is fantastic for families or couples looking to get away from the hustle. You can tell they care greatly for the land with which they are entrusted. If you go at the right time, you too may be gifted a first pressing of Gravenstein Apple Cider! Oh my goodness, such yummy-ness. Again, you won’t be sorry you stayed here! We just got home to our own house and are looking forward to going back!”

I am a life long resident of the Russian River and the third generation of one of the local families that helped define Guerneville’s history. My grandparents owned Bucks Restaurant in downtown Guerneville. From 1936 till 2000 our family owned business served guests of the Russian River family style dinners. Throughout the years sharing my family ranch with family, friends, and guests has been a priority. I have a love of this land and what it does to your soul when you can take it all in and enjoy its beauty. Now with my children grown and out of college this has created a unique opportunity for sharing the ranch for once in a life time vacations and retreats for folks. Being able to share the experience of what the ranch truly is has been a passion of mine from the moment I stepped foot on this remarkable place.
