Truly unique space across the street from the Mississippi River in downtown Ferryville, WI. This property has the best view of the river, seeing the full 3 miles across to Iowa. There are 3 bars with great food within walking distance, each less than 335 paces from the front door.
There is one cozy bedroom with a Queen bed and one twin. The Great Room has a Queen bed. Two picture windows open to the Mississippi across the street.

The space
This historic building was once a supper club and dance hall back in the 1920's. The upper was converted to living quarters in the 1960's, while the lower became an antique shop, and now a fabulous rental space. This lower unit has a great room, one bedroom and bathroom. It will sleep up to 5 people. There is a queen bed and twin bed in the bedroom and a queen bed in the great room. There is also a kitchenette with a microwave, fridge, coffee maker and toaster. Dishes and flatware are supplied. However there is no oven or stovetop.

We are located midpoint between La Crosse and Prairie du Chien on the scenic Great River Road (Hwy. 35). We are 8 miles from Lansing Iowa, home of Horsfalls Variety Store. A few minutes from The Great River Roadhouse, home of the best pizza around. Other points of interest include Pikes Peak State Park, Wyalusing State Park, gambling at Lady Luck in Marquette IA and shopping/eating in McGregor IA, where you will find the coolest book/gift shop the Paper Moon. St. Feriole Island Park, Limery Ridge Savana State Natural Area, Barnyard 9 Gold Course, Rush Creek State Natural Area, Clements Barge may also interest you. The Mississippi is known for it's great hunting and fishing.
