We're pretty flexible on check-in and check-outs, especially on weekends. The kitchen and livingroom is shared, so you're more than welcome to cook yourself a meal. We'll also clean out a couple of shelves for you in the fridge.
As we're pretty young and active and the room is well secluded, you can come and go anytime, especially if you want to explore the nightlife in the neighbourhood.
Apart from that, we just use a bit of common sense to make us all get along.
Julie was there to welcome us when we arrived which was really nice. She was so welcoming and friendly and gave us lots of tips and advice about what to do during our stay in Copenhagen. The apartment was great- really clean and spacious and in a perfect location for exploring the city.
We would like to thank Julie and Nicolai for their welcoming. They managed everything for our arrival that way we could come inside the apartment and leave our stuff when they were working.
They also made did their best to make us feel like at home :) they left some free spaces (bathroom, kitchen) to put our stuff. Everything was clean. The bed was really confortable and we had a heater which was perfect (it was cold).
Julie and Nicolai gave us some great advice for the seight seeing. They also told is to rent bikes at the shop down the building (cheaper then elsewhere, like in the citycenter).
The apartment is really well situated and we could find it easily :) it is close to the center and it's quite in the night.
We would totally recommend this apartment/room :)
Great stay at julie & Nikolai's home. The room was fine and the localization was perfect. Our hosts gave us great advice about the city and we felt at home.
Their advice about the food are clearly to be followed !
We had a great time at Julie and Nikolai their place. The room was great, and it was very nice that we could use the kitchen as well. As a bonus, the appartement is perfectly located to visit the city. A wonderful experience!
We stayed at Julie and Nikolai's place for 3 nights in January. The apartment was very central and easy to get to from the airport (a straight metro ride). The apartment was beautiful, and our room was clean, functional and private. Julie and Nikolai were very helpful and gave us lots of tips on places to go and things to see. They were also kind enough to lend us gloves and scarves as we were not prepared for the weather. We found lots of nice places close to the apartment, especially Torvehallerne (food market) which we loved and ate at numerous times. I would recommend staying with Julie and Nikolai if you're looking for somewhere cosy and within walking distance of many major attractions. Thank you, Julie and Nikolai!!!
I quite enjoyed my recent stay at Julie and Nikolai's apartment. The place is exactly as described/pictured and the location couldn't be better. Julie made me feel welcome straight away at our agreed-upon check in time (Nikolai was traveling for work so unfortunately we couldn't meet). Julie readily shared her insights about Copenhagen and helped me prioritize what I should see and do (and most importantly, ;) eat) during my short visit. Julie was gone for a few days during my stay, but it was absolutely no problem. She was always responsive via message or text and even offered me use of her bicycle in her absence. My room was clean, comfortable and private. I would not hesitate to stay with Julie again. She and Nikolai are experienced AirBnB hosts and I recommend them -their kind and generous nature is what AirBnB is all about!
J&N were great hosts! They did everything possible to make us feel at home, including helping us with laundry and offering food and tea when I wasn't feeling well. There house is in a perfect location, we walked everywhere and never needed to use public transport. Julie's directions were easy to follow and the place was easy to find. Room was very private, view was great. Would definitely stay here again
