Enjoy your own private JOSHUA TREE PARK. Get away from the crowds and enter a world of unique rock formations, sand washes, and desert fauna. Its the safest, easiest and most fun way to socially distance. Bring food and then you'll never need to leave the property.

GET OUT INTO THE OPEN! HIKE AND EXPLORE. You have a dozen trails. The property has a perimeter of over a mile and a half. YOU DON'T NEED TO GO ANYWERE.. AVOID the CROWDS and LINES AND LONG DRIVES in JT Park.

Conveniently located, it's only 2 miles from the town of Joshua Tree and 3 miles from the western entrance to Joshua Tree National Park.

The house is stylish and comfortable, especially for a pre-manufactured home. It has everything you need to enjoy your stay.

Outside there's are 2 patios with tables and chairs, a fire pit and a wood burning hot tub. We clean meticulously between each guest to accommodate covid requirements.

The property is adjacent to the National Park, with thousands of acres more to explore. Hang out at various spots, each with its own spectacular view.

Choose from our vast collection of DVD's or watch Mac TV on the 50 inch flat screen with Sony external speakers. Play with our toys or choose from one of the many board games and puzzles or browse through our book library.

Great for families, romantic getaways, friends' reunions, hikers, rock scramblers, star gazers, nature lovers, and those who want to get away from it all.

Amateur photographers take amazing shots. Bring a tripod and photograph the stars.

There are a variety of hikes you can go on. I suggest you just choose a direction and go. You'll find amazing spots all over the property. This land was once populated by indigenous tribes for thousands of years.

Keep your eyes open and you'll see a variety of animals including, coyotes, quail, owls, bats, foxes, chuckwallas, lizards, hawks, road runners, snakes, bobcats, vultures, and lots of rabbits. There are yucca, Joshua trees, cholla, and a variety of cacti, juniper, sage, cat's claw and many other plants. Visit in springtime and see the magnificent desert bloom.

You will not find a more exclusive or exciting location in Joshua Tree. It has been featured in film and photo shoots, though such activities have been further suspended. If I need to be conduct repairs or maintenance, I sometimes stay at Rock City, which is more than 300 feet away. You will never see me and will have the rest of the 97.5 acres to yourself. You will be kept abreast if I will to be there, but it is highly unlikely.

The property is 1/2 mile by a quarter mile, and sit adjacent to a 100 thousand acres of desert wilderness.

Once you are booked, I will send you a map and other info. If you use google maps it will take you to the house

I will also send a House Manual that has the combinations to the Golden Gates, and for door lock just outside the kitchen. Check in time is 4pm, or any time after. Sorry we cannot accommodate early check ins.

Other things to note
The town of Joshua Tree, with its restaurants and shops is 5 minutes away. Pappy and Harriet's roadhouse is 20 minutes away, and make sure to get reservations. The entrance to the park is 3 miles away.

Visit Pioneer town, Yucca Valley and Landers, where you will find restaurants, supermarkets, live music, live theater galleries, antique shops and thrift stores. There's a Home Depot and Walmart within 7 miles of JTP.

Visit the Integratron and Giant Rock.

Go to the playhouse, listen to live music at Pappy and Harriet's, or the Joshua Tree Saloon. Take a swim at the Mentalphysics compound. Go antiquing, and be sure to check out the weekend swap meet in Yucca Valley, where you may find something amazing, and certainly something fun.

He was Nominated for an Academy Award, and won a Student Academy Award. Matthew lives with his wife and 2 children in Hollywood and loves spending time at Joshua Tree Paradise, which is a constant source of inspiration. It's a half mile long and quarter mile wide. To walk the perimeter can take a day. A fifteen minute walk take you to Coyote Hole, a Joshua Tree landmark you will find in guidebooks. This has been a favorite spot for indigenous peoples for thousands of years and you can see their petroglyphs on the rocks. JOSHUA TREE PARADISE is a priceless, one of a kind property and a true gem of Joshua Tree.
