I would love to welcome you in my home, so please feel free to contact me with any questions you might have about the place.
Interaction with Guests
**The first half of February I am abroad so its essentially an "entire home" listing until I get back and hence the price adjustment. **
You would have your own private room but share the rest of the apartment: living room, shower, etc. During the day I'm usually at work. Some weekends I'm out of town altogether and you can book the apartment all to yourselves.
The apt. is located close to the Mercaz HaNegev commercial center, where all the student night life takes place, and about 15-20 minutes walking distance from Ben-Gurion University. There's a bus station nearby and a grocer with fresh fruits and veggies right below. Despite the apartment's central location it still manages to maintain a quiet and peaceful atmosphere.
there is a bus stop a short walk (2 min) away where buses #6 and #12 pass, each take rounds around the city including the city center, old city, shuk (outdoor market), etc.
Other Things to Note
the apt. is on the 3rd floor (G 1 2 3) and is accessed by stairs.
I'm pretty calm about everything, so if there's anything specific you're wondering about just ask, you can call me or message me here during the stay.
-I don't like smoke in the house. If you'd like to smoke you can go up a few stairs to the rooftop.
--If something is missing or wrong don't let me guess, let me know. :)
My kitchen is vegetarian so I prefer that guests not cook meat with my dishes or kitchenware.
