Wonderful Beach House situated on the border with Bellagio, at less than 3 km from the center.
The house is very spacious also for 6 people and it is composed of 2 bedrooms, 1 double sofa bed, a large kitchen and a very big bathroom.
You will also have a huge private Terrace where you can eat or relax looking at the 180° Lake view.
This is the perfect place to enjoy nature and the peace of lake.
There is a direct access to the beach under the house.
You will never want to leave this place.

The beach house is surrounded by nature with a private access to one of the most beautiful beaches of Bellagio.
The place is very quiet and perfect for a relaxing holiday.
we also rent the Villa next to this one so if you will be a group until 12 people you can ask for both the properties to rent together!
