This Studio apartment is a stylish retreat from the city while still having access to all that NE Minneapolis has to offer. Breweries, Coffee shops and parks are all in walking distance. Great for the solo traveler or couple looking to get away.

The space
The studio is very comfortable and has a nice open feel to it. The kitchen has pretty much everything you need for a full meal. It has a full size stainless oven/stove, french press, & tea kettle, dishes, and utensils. There are seperate built-in fridge and freezer under the counter for space saving purposes. The bathroom is a little tight but gets the job done and is fully stocked with soap, towels and what not.

The sleeping loft has a queen memory foam mattress with hypoallergenic, waterproof protector with plenty of sheets, pillows and blankets. Access to the loft is with the rolling library ladder which is just fun. There is good wifi, a working tv with chromecast. (Sorry, no cable but you didn't want to watch that crap anyhow) Comfortable seating and stools for eating at the kitchen counter.

The heat is electric baseboards which keeps it toasty in the winter. There is a ceiling fan in lieu of A/C

There is a good amount of closet space as well

Where you’ll be

Minneapolis, Minnesota, United States

Northeast Minneapolis has grown into one of the more popular neighborhoods in the twin cities. It is known as the Art District and subsequently many of the old industrial buildings have been transformed into art studios. On the first Thursday of every month they are opened up to the public There are a ton of great restaurants and breweries; too many to list. And in the summer there are festivals going on pretty much every week.
