The appartment was great. So were Yves and the team. Yves provided top-notch customer service and he (& the team) is always just a phone text / call away. Yves was very accomodating with our request for a late-checkout as well which we were really thankful and grateful for.
This was our second time booking with Yves and he doesn't dissappoint!
Spacious, secure, clean, well-equipped apartment in a convenient location for exploring phuket. We were very happy with our decision to stay here, it offers good value. The only downside was that we had some difficulties getting the water heater to work but it turned out there is a knack to getting it going, but once we understood this it was no longer a problem.
Would highly recommend staying here.

Le condominium était bien entretenu et propre ,l'appartement également malgré des fissures dans les murs mais cela est surement dû à l'air de la mer mais cela dit nous garderont Yves dans nos contacts du fait de sa très bonne communication et le choix dans ses logements.
Кондо нам понравилось! Заселение прошло быстро, нас ждали и встречали с автобуса. По просьбе дали еще одно одеяло для ребенка. Хозяин (точнее его помощница) всегда на связи и готовы помочь в решении вопросов и проблем. В шкафу лежат на смену чистые полотенца и постельное белье. Есть средство для мытья посуды, несколько пакетов для мусора, туалетная бумага. Дали телефоны для связи, но мы не обращались. Находится в удобном месте-минуты 3 пешком до пляжа, 10-15 минут до Бангла роуд. Отличный бассейн на крыше с видом на море, почти всегда там никого не было) Шезлонгов только 4 штуки. Кухня хорошо оборудована и красивая, есть в принципе все: чайник, тостер, плита, посудомоечная машина, сковорода, кастрюли, много тарелок, стаканов. Очень не хватало стиральной машины! Большая площадь у кондо. Есть балкон, но на нем не очень удобно находиться, т.к. прям у него электро провода и трансформатор открытый-по вечерам сильный треск, днем его не слышно. Большой расход электричества, мы за неделю потратили 1500 бат, хотя кондиционеры и свет выключали когда уходили. Периодически появлялся неприятный запах в туалете, мы заткнули слив (на полу рядом с унитазом) и запах больше не появлялся. Диваны в гостиной не новые-один сильно продавлен, поэтому спать на нем плохо. В целом нам понравилось не смотря на недостатки!
We are glad that the Guests liked the apartment and its location. Regarding the washing machine, the apartment doesn’t have any, as stated on advert before booking, but we always inform the Guests that they can find very cheap laundry nearby the residence at 50 thb / kilo. Regarding the noise of the electric wires, we have never had this comment (not even when the Guests were there). Regarding the electricity consumption, we also inform that it could really depends on how the A/C is used. We leave a phone number in case of any issue happening in the property in order to receive the information and to react as soon as possible to solve those issues but we did not received any comment during their stay about the bad smell nor the sofas. We would be happy to see Maria to Phuket soon.

I did not want to come home. I booked this unit with Yves at the beginning of the year, and was a bit doubtful, since I have never worked through Airbnb before. A few days before my departure in South Africa, I received the confirmation emails from Yves / Bruno. Upon landing in Phuket, I immediately called Bruno to tell him we were leaving the airport (ended up dealing with the sweet Tim), and that we had our own car. Driving in Phuket the first time was an adventure of note though. We got lost, like in really lost. Tim was in constant contact with us for the three hours we were lost, and ended up coming to get us from a service station in Patong. He was very accommodating even though we must have ruined his whole evening by keeping him waiting.
Driving up the very steep road to our complex, I started patting myself on the back. The place looked really good from the outside. Tim took us to our unit, and I was very surprised. It looked better than on the pics. To say the unit was huge would be an understatement. It was clean, comfortable and massive. The view from the bedroom and balcony was really nice at night. Everything worked well and looked maintained. On our second night out water heater didn't work. I called Tim the next morning and he send someone out to fix it within an hour. We stayed in the unit for short on two weeks, and already told Tim that we would be booking the same place next year. It is super close to Bangla road (about 15 minute walk), has parking and an amazing roof pool. Yeah, I was charmed by this place, the service and the whole island. I would strongly recommend booking with Yves / Bruno.
