Check In
  • This was our second stay at Anita Arte B&B within a two-week time frame. In the previous review I wrote about the qualities we liked. Please that review for further details. This is a great choice for an authentic italian experience which is centrally located. Thanks Marco!

  • Marco is extremely friendly and helpful. To our surprise, he was waiting for us out front of the building upon our arrival. The room was clean, comfortable and offered an authentic Italian experience. The B&B is central to restaurants, stores and the main train terminal/metro. We were departing for an Eastern Mediterranean cruise and we accidentally left a shoe and 3 Euros. He saved them and had them waiting for us upon our return to Rome. He is trustworthy, respects your privacy, and will engage in conversation if you approach. This was a great first experience with AirBnB. Thank you Marco!

  • Hi, we just stayed at Marco's flat in late Oct. Great location as only 3 mins walks to Termini so very convenient to reach out any tourist spots. The area is safe and quiet but also have numbers of resto nearby. His flat is clean and decorated in a nice style exactly as you see in the pic plus there is a small lift so no problem to carry the luggage up to the 6th fl at all. Last but not least, Marco is a nice, polite and friendly host. He shared many local colors which we wont get from a stay in a conventional hotel for sure. So no doubt to recommend !!

  • Bellissima! Marco's home is beautiful and so close to the train station. It feels like a true Italian artist's house, with paintings all over the walls. I was in the far room with its own bathroom (very clean and sunny) and private entrance to terrace, which was one of those old European double door/window shutters - very romantic. The bed was very comfortable.

Marco was very accommodating and let me stammer in my bad Italian. He also was flexible when I screwed up my flight and changed my check out time. I was stressed out but having a nice host really helped make my last day in Italy great!

  • Anita Arte is a short stroll from Roma Termini - only 2 minutes walk, so very easy even with a suitcase.
Marco was the perfect host - friendly, helpful and our room was beautiful: comfortable, clean, very quiet, private bathroom and a fantastic outdoor terrace with great views.
There was free wifi, a coffee machine and everything you could need for a relaxing stay in Roma. It is close to Termini which has buses to the airport and the Metro to all the attractions (colesseum, forum, Vatican etc). I highly recommend Anite Arte B&B.

  • The room was very clean and comfortable, the breakfast especially the coffee was great! Macro was nice and helpful. Also the location was excellent as just few minutes walkable distance to the Termini.

  • Had a great experience at Marco's lovely flat in Rome. Marco is a really nice guy - he was kind, helpful and welcoming, making us feel at home, offering food from his fridge, waiting for us when we arrived much later than expected, and being very flexible with checkout times as well.
The room and flat are comfortable and there is a bonus terrace with separate sitting area for each guest - great to have a green space after the Rome heat. Thank you, Marco, for making our first airbnb experience so good!

  • For such a central and convenient location, Marco's apartment is a reasonably-priced oasis for travelers to Rome. Marco is a warm host, providing fresh coffee and cakes for breakfast and lovely restaurant recommendations in the neighborhood. The spacious apartment is easy to find (3-min walk from Termini) and has a charming balcony that overlooks the city. I would recommend this apartment to travelers looking for a clean, convenient and comfy Rome base.

  • This is our second stay in Marco's place, before we have stay in the single room. Both of them are very recommended!

  • Marco is a great host. His apt is very pretty and clean. It was great to have an ensuite bathroom. He really made us feel at home and helped us out when we were in a pinch trying to arrange a shuttle to the airport. We loved relaxing on the terrace and ate a meal out there. So nice after a day of tramping through crowds of people. And, he met us right at Termini which was a help - we didn't have to hunt for the apt. on our own.
