Welcome to our bright, spacious and comfortable top-of-the-building apartment with a huge terrace in the most beautiful & lively quarter of Belgrade: Vracar, with it's many cafe's, restaurants and the biggest green-market of Belgrade just next door. Recently renovated and quiet, despite it's central location. The heart of the city center is a 15 minute walk or 5 minutes with public transport. Perfect if you're coming with your partner to discover the city or on a business trip or longer stay.

The space
We recently renovated the apartment and enjoyed designing it with the coolest Yugo-style furniture and old maps. Don't worry, the bed and super-comfy mattress are brand new, and so is all equipment and the bathroom.

The 60m2 apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, including basic ingredients for cooking and coffee and tea free for you to use. There is a comfy living / dining room with a space to work as well. The balcony is perfect for dining and chilling too, of course. There is high speed wireless internet throughout the entire place.

Vracar recently became one of the most popular areas in Belgrade and is often described as the 'real' Belgrade. With it;s many bars, restaurants, small streets, old buildings and largest green market in the city it catches the vibe of Belgrade perfectly.

Across the street of the apartment you'll find Kalenic Kafana (a kafana is a typical Belgrade restaurant) where Belgradians from all walks of life meet to drink, eat and chat on the terrace. One street behind is the green market where you can find fresh fruit & vegetables, home made food, cheese and meat. But don't forget to stroll passed the stand with second hand stuff, form Yugoslav passports and communist watches to old photo's and fur coats.

There a many cool and hip places to have a coffee and breakfast. Later in the day you can have dinner in one of the many restaurants, from traditional to modern and from the best pizza in town to fine dining experiences.

There are enough bars and cafe's to start the night off, while the bigger clubs are just a 5 minute taxi-ride away. Just far away not to get bothered by the noise and the party-goers in the middle of the night.

At a 5-minute walk you will find some of Belgrade's must-sees, such as the Nikola Tesla Museum and the huge and impressive St. Sava church.

The neighbourhood is safe and lively, while the apartment on the 7nd floor is nice and quiet.
