The space
The camper is situated in the front pasture away from any other people by about 30 ft so it's a good place to "shelter-in-place". plenty of outdoor area to walk around in and enjoy therapeutic nature! If you like vintage style, and efficient living spaces, you will love this BRAND NEW Minnie Winnie Tear Drop 20' RV Camper accommodation . This unit was styled to appeal to vintage enthusiasts, yet provides all the modern comforts like IPOD charger, ice cold Dometic refrigerator and ICE COLD a/c . You can cook on the 2 burner propane stove top (no bacon frying PLEASE) or use the microwave. Flat screen TV too. Coffee pot and dishes included, sheets, towels , pillows, hair dryer, shampoo all included. The property is 8 oak studded acres, with a one-family residence and horse barn. If you come at the right time of year, you can pick tomatoes in the 40X60 deer proof vegetable garden. The a/c is very effective but you may want to leave the screened windows open at night to listen to the serenade...(please close the windows when using the a/c or heater though) (The fire pit is communal and there may be other Campers or RV'ers on the property.)

Guest access
Fire Pit, parking, hammock walking trails on 8 acre property. The camper is set up near the main house for access to utilities. It is facing the front acreage for maximum privacy and wildlife viewing. When you turn in off the road, the driveway is approx 200 feet back, you will see camper on the right. I keep the camper ultra clean, plus provide several types of cleansers. Please feel free to explore, but wear shoes & socks; we're in the country and the pasture is left in a natural state to encourage wildflowers. Watch the livestock tank at dusk to see the doves, and enjoy Miss Scarlett the pink & white mini-pig who is in her 1000 SQ foot pen. Horses are in the back pasture, please do not approach the horses and do not enter any of the enclosures. Be advised there is no wifi, but there is satellite TV and a DVD player, and radio.

Other things to note
The Minnie Winnie camper is 20' and offers a Queen size bed w hotel quality sheets. Only two adults and one car. All adults MUST BE 21. If you want guests to visit to enjoy the fire pit, let's talk about it. sorry No pets please cannot accommodate them, and no smoking in the camper (outside only is OK). Though if you are a smoker I would appreciate that you not drop your cigarette butts anywhere on the property. The camper is situated near the house for access to utilities. It is facing out toward the front acreage for maximum privacy and wildlife viewing. You can pull your car near to aid in loading and unloading, where the ground is level.

Location

Wimberley, Texas, United States

This property is 1/4 mile from the Best Swimming Hole in Texas, the Blue Hole Regional Park. Also nearby are wineries, olive farms with tours provided, day spas, antique shopping, glass blowing, several golf courses, Gruene Hall, micro beer breweries. BBQ (Salt Lick), zip line, Blanco River, hiking, flea markets and more. Be sure to check out our walk-in outdoor movie theater, the Corral, within walking distance, is open on weekends from May thru Sept. They screen family movies. Please note our top attractions, Jacob's Well and The Blue Hole Regional Park now require reservations to swim, or may be closed due to overcrowding. Check ahead to be sure of a spot. For restaurants, I love INOZ on the Square, for their stuffed baked potatoes and Cypress Creek-side dining. Or the Leaning Pear has an awesome menu, and it is creekside as well. Breakfast is fabulous at the Wimberley cafe...all on the Square! The Beauty of this location is the ease of access, pull in off of the main paved road, down a nice gravel drive and park on level ground next to the RV. It is only 1/4 Mile from town and the best attractions the hill country has to offer. Parking is simple easy no rugged trails to Traverse to the fire pit everything at your fingertips. (The fire pit is communal and there may be other campers present).

I have been visiting the Wimberley area since 1965, and was blessed to move here in 2014. I am now retired and cherish the time I get to spend learning more about my community, and sharing that with visitors.
During your stay
Only as much as it takes to make my guests feel comfortable, I am around if you have questions but will give you ultimate privacy. On weekends I'm generally engaged in my online Pursuits or cleaning in the house; it's rare if you even see me. BUT PLEASE Text me if you need anything or have questions. (NO PETS) If you let me know the purpose of your travel, I can help you with recommendations; leisure/family/business/wedding? I have left several local publications in the magazine rack ; they do a good job of advertising the various restaurants, shopping, swimming, fishing, hiking, biking , glass blowing, anitquing, golf, ziplining, wine tasting opportunities, live music venues in town and more.
