Brand new apartment on the 4th floor of a small boutique building (only 9 units in the building). Apartment is very quiet, faces back of building with gardens and tree top views. Located in the border of Crown Heights/Prospect Heights is within walking distance to Prospect Park, Botanical Gardens, the Brooklyn Museum and the farmers market (email hidden) at Grand Army Plaza. The neighboorhod has restaurants, bars, a beer garden and a couple of fabulous vintange shop. The apartment has a full stocked kitchen so if you decide to eat in you can grab a great bottle of wine form the wine store on Franklyn Avenue and relax in the balcony (peak view of Manhattan) or relax in the shared rooftop. This neighborhood will give you a real feeling of being in Brooklyn and you will see the diversity and sense of pride right when you walk on the streets.
The apartment is close by to Franklin Avenue station (8 minutes walk) with many subway lines (4, 5, 2, 3, S -shuttle to C). It is less than a 15 minute ride into Bowling Green in (first station on the 4&5 lines ) Manhattan. JFK Airport is accessible through the C train or LIRR and then connecting in Jamaica to the Airtrain. Parking is abundant on the street.
The apartment has internet access, washer/dryer and dishwasher. It is spacious and bright with floor to ceiling windows. You will have an empty closet for your use. The bathroom has a separated bathtub and shower stall where two people can take showers at the same time. Clean sheets and towels are provided for your use. There is a queen sized pillow top bed in the main bedroom. An airbed is available to be set up in the second bedroom for additional guests, this bedroom functions as an office there is no real bed available.
I will meet you on arrival and would be more than happy to show you the neighborhood and give you information on how to get around.

Crown Heights is one of the most interesting eclectic neighborhoods in Brooklyn. A short walk away from the Brooklyn Museum of Art, Botanical Gardens and Prospect Park.
The neighborhood has great restaurants and coffee shops. A large variety of vintage shops along Franklin Avenue. A brand new Brooklyn indoor flea market connected to Berg'n from the creators of Smorgasburg.
There is a $7.00 fee for each load of laundry.
