Although the outside of the property was a little messy and there was limited natural light inside, it was very well located near subway and lots of restaurants. Very good value for money and especially good for two people sharing as there are two bathrooms. Very helpful owner.
Leza was out of the country, and her sister met us briefly at the apartment. We called with some questions, but did not get a call back. We were expecting to have two parking spaces, but did not have any. Parking on the street is very difficult. Beds were comfortable, linens were clean, but the kitchen and floors were dirty. We were expecting a pack'n'play for a baby, but there was none. There was no coffee maker or teapot for boiling water. One bathroom mat was wet and dirty, and the other bathroom had no mat. The patio had no table, just chairs. The TV system was very complicated; all we could figure out (after much experimentation) was how to get a few local channels. We couldn't get any TV reception in the bedroom.
On host :
It was below my expectation. On the front , the apartment doesnt look good. I am really disappointed with the host.
I spoke with the host and got permission for checking in by 6 AM and i have the mail proof and after that only i booked the apartment but when i contacted them one week before to confirm she was not at all reachable and reached her only after 3 days and after i booked she told i can not check in by 6 AM and i have to wait till 12 this i really felt disappointed with her stance.
And when i spoke about the confirmation which she provided earlier , she told if i want i can cancel this booking which i never expected from AirBnB hosts.
Where will i find a hotel 1 day before my trip ay New York City. SO , i would say she cheated us?
And , coming to the service , the ambience was not at all good especially the entrance was awkward and heaters were not at all working in the toilets and no tissues in toilet.
I am totally disappointed with my first AirBnb service and never gooto recommend this to any of my friends.
A clean apartment in a very good location close to Manhattan. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.
Had a great stay at Leza's apartment. Apartment was nice and clean, close to subway. Would deifiantelly recommend
Leza was a wonderful host. We had to be in Brooklyn for work and needed easy in and out everyday. Leza's apartment had everything we needed and more; comfort, kitchen, laundry facilities, internet, TV, parking, grocery store and restaurants within walking distance... we really appreciated everything!
My stay was great, lovely place and a beautiful family! Thanks so much Leza!!!
