Courtnye was a great host! Very welcoming and well-informed about the neighborhood. We booked her place the day of and she was very quick to respond to all of my questions. The place is exactly as pictured-well maintained, clean, and has a beautiful terrace with a view of the city. The weather was probably in the 90s when we visited so the central air was a life saver. Upon arrival, she gave us a helpful rundown of the place and tips on where to visit in the neighborhood. The G train is located literally a 2 minute walk away, but we did have to make a transfer in order to get into Manhattan. If you don't mind the commute to get into the city (which wasn't a problem for us), this is an awesome place to stay in Brooklyn!
Courtnye was a wonderful host and made my sister and I feel right at home. She made great recommendations for places to eat and things to do which enhance our time in NYC.
Courtnye's apt is exactly as described, clean, spacious and a beautiful view if the Manhattan skyline.
I would highly recommend Courtnye as a host!!
Courtnye was an absolutely fabulous host. She was very hospitable and generous and was able to provide very helpful information for being a tourist in Brooklyn. The apartment was extremely impressive, beautifully designed and laid out. She made me feel instantly relaxed and comfortable in her place and encouraged me to use all her amenities. I have already recommended her place as a potential Air b'nb to several of my friends.
Courtnye really make this stay special. She was more than a good host, she was a real friend always help me and make me laugh. I really loved the way we were welcomed.
Everything about the Courtnye´s house is wonderful. The room is big, comfortable and bright , the desk inside the room was perfect to plan our days, sheets/ towels/ bathroom was super clean, the balcony is huge and you can check the weather outside before you go out. So, the place is really amazing just like the pictures.
The location is great in the heart of Clinton Hill (Brooklyn), walking distance of the subway line G. The neighborhood is good, there are a lot of cafes, groceries and restaurants. I loved knowing that part of Brooklin. I love Brooklyn even more now.
Courtnye is an awesome host, we felt very confortable in her apartment. She is very friendly and her apartment very clean.

About the Host, Courtnye
Midwest raised, Cali braised, and New York glazed 30 something female. I love watching football (especially the Colts) and basketball, listening to music, traveling, spending time with family and friends, and putting a smile on the faces of people I love. I work in digital, so some days are long, others are longer. I'm addicted to spin class and macaroni... I know... horrible combo.
I'm pretty chill, enjoy good food and an even better bottle of wine.
Come on over, looking forward to hosting you :)
