St-Henri/little burgundy is a burgeoning neighborhood close to downtown littered with some of the best restaurants, cafés, and pubs the city has to offer. The gorgeous Atwater Market, situated in a 1930's art déco building and less than a minute away, offers fresh produce, meats, and cheeses all year round, as well as outdoor restaurants in the summer. Try the Burgundy Lion for a beer, or the Vin Papillon for a nice bottle of wine, and then head off to Joe Beef for one of Montreal's finest meals, all after a beautiful day kayaking on the canal, or biking to downtown and back!
The apartment is literally 15 seconds away from the Lionel Groulx Metro stop, which is a main station. The Atwater Canal bike path is 2 minutes away. Easy access to everywhere in the city. If coming by car, there is access to highways 15 and 720 within a 1 minute drive.
No dogs, no more than 3 guests, and no parties! Please go and enjoy Montreal, however! feel free to use the kitchen, which has just about everything you need - the market is only a few minutes away. If you do use dishes, we'd appreciate it if you washed them before leaving.
The apartment is great - fully furnished, spacious, and a few seconds from the subway station. Marc was very helpful in showing us around the neighborhood, and their were no complications during our stay. Overall it was a great deal, I would recommend the apartment to anyone.
Très bon accueil, les hôtes sont disponibles au moindre problème. Le logement est propre, coquet et agréable dans un quartier calme et à proximité du métro et de nombreux commerces.
I really enjoyed my stay here. The apartment is lovely (bigger than it looks in the photos), the bed is extremely comfortable, the kitchen is fully equipped (even has an espresso machine), the internet is very fast, and the location is great. Marc and his co-managers were incredibly friendly and welcoming - three of the most genuinely nice people I've met. They have several properties that they manage, so the next time that I'm in Montreal, I will definitely be looking for one of theirs.
Amazing and convenient little cozy spot!
Two steps from subway!
This little flat is as cozy as can be and next to all amenities (subway, restaurants, downtown, movie theatres etc). Love that it has washer and drier in unit!
Marc's place was perfect for my relative Dan, who had to stay in town for work. It is in a great up & coming neighbourhood with lots to do, near downtown, is well equipped and right next to the subway. Dan had groceries delivered to him from nearby grocery stores and enjoyed the castle free setup and exchanges with Marc. The place was very clean and had everything Dan needed. I'll definitely be sending him to Marc again!
