Mirko is a great host! Very quick at responding to messages and requests. The location is unbeatable, super central and we could walk everywhere. The flat is a little dark due to being semi underground but other than that, it is nice and cozy for our 3 night stay. I would recommend his place.
Victor and Fabiano, thank you for your review. Please accept my sincere apoIogies for the inconvenience you have experienced during your stay. My goal as a host is to make sure that all my guests are treated with the care and respect they deserve. This is why I feel frustration and disappointment myself when something goes wrong, especially if the situation to handle is out of my control.
Thank you for pointing out to me that one of the beds was in need of repair. I firmly believe there is always room for improvement and I appreciate your feedback. There are now two new twin beds, a new wardrobe and newly-fitted floor in the bedroom.
Very good location at the center, good flat for 2 persons, metro is so close! Thanks Marco
Mirko was very attentive. I would recommend his other, larger apartments.
I've booked the Apartment on short notice. Mirko was very flexible have me checked in within 2 hours after I booked via the airbnb app.
The apartment is nice and clean - bit dark though as it is located in the basement but that's a matter of personal taste.
The kitchen contains everything you need. A Pan to a cup or a corkscrew is everything available.
