This exclusive property is a beautifully decorated grand townhouse right on the beach, with views to Mediterranean and the straight of Gibraltar and Morocco.
Located in the exclusive private complex of Alcazaba Beach Houses, Alcazaba Beach is 2 kilometers walk to the town of Estepona. South west facing it has sunshine all day long and 3 large terraces. Wifi Inc&IPTV with all channels, movies and series.

The space
Decorated with fine antiques, the house is on 2 floors, downstairs there is a very large living room with a fireplace and dinning area for 6 people. You can walk onto the 3 large private terraces which face the sea, with 3 different seating areas. From the terrace you can also walk to the pool and the beach.
Upstairs there are 3 large bedrooms with views to the sea, the master in en-suite and the other two bedrooms are twins and share a large bathroom. The 2 front bedrooms have their own private terraces with views over the sea and pool.
Downstairs there is also a fully equipped kitchen and a cloak room, with washing machine, dishwasher,oven, large american style fridge/freezer, and stove. There is also a Dolce Gusto coffee maker, and toaster/kettle.

The gardens are beautifully maintained and there are many sun loungers from which to enjoy the stunning scenery. The Community is gated and there is plenty of parking in front of the house.
The neighborhood is very quiet and upmarket and has its own direct access to the beach. Near by you can walk into Estepona and many cafes and shops, pharmacy, and restaurants, the main bus station is only 5 minutes walk. There is a large hypermarket Carrefour within walking distance also as well as many beach restaurants. Nearby is the exclusive resort of Laguna Village, which has its own pool club, Puro Beach, shops and restaurants and cafes.
In this area of the Costa del Sol west, a car is recommended to get around, but you don’t need it for this property, as there is plenty of public transport. Estepona is a midsized town, which is only 2 kilometers away. It has a beautiful beach promenade which goes on for miles and a lovely fishing port.

The pool is open year round but not heated.
IMPORTANT UPDATE FOR 2021:

CANCELLATIONS: Irrespective of AIRBNB cancellation policies and due to the extraordinary circumstances of the COVID 19 pandemic, we will issue a full refund on bookings if you request a cancellation 30 days before arrival.

In the case all flights are again cancelled due to the Corona virus lockdowns, we can move your reservation forward free of charge for the original reserved property so you don’t lose your deposit (please note prices vary per season).

HYGENE:
All our properties are disinfected between each guests stay with alcohol & disinfectant (bleach).
It is important to note the virus does not survive in water that has chlorine treatment, so the use of swimming pools is not at risk of contagion if a safe distance is kept between bathers.

Other things to note
Also included in this price is a welcome basket (Cofee,tea,milk,water,juice, eggs, butter & bread, toilet paper & soap). We will provide 2 sets of keys + 1 gate remote for the car. There is ample gated parking outside the front door.
Check in time is 4pm. Check out time is 11am.
Included for our guests comfort:
Our guests will receive a welcome basket with breakfast, wine, water, coffee and snacks on arrival. Soaps and toilet paper are provided and some basic cleaning products.
Sheets towels and linens are included, as well as beach towels.
Weekly housekeeping is included (in stays over 11 nights and under 28nights).
We can also offer daily housekeeping should you require and grocery shopping.
There are also cots available to rent and high chairs for infants.
The lifts to go straight up to the apartment & there is plenty of parking outside.

These unique townhouses are located in Alcazaba Beach Houses, an exclusive development on the front line beach. It is only a short walk to the town of Estepona and all the amenities, with its beautiful beach promenade which goes on for miles and a lovely fishing and leisure port. It is fully gated and private, and has beautifully maintained gardens, with fountains and ponds, a very large pool with direct access to the beach, and plenty of sun loungers from which to enjoy the stunning scenery. There is plenty of parking directly in front of each house.
The neighborhood is very quiet and upmarket and has its own direct access to the beach. Near by you can walk into Estepona and many cafes and shops, pharmacy, and restaurants, the main bus station is only 5 minutes walk. I am Tania, and I live and work in Estepona,on the Western Costa del Sol. I am half Dutch, quarter British and quarter Italian but have lived here almost my whole life so I feel more Spanish than anything else. I studied Hotel Management, and since 2016 own a boutique management and rental company called Bright Property Management and Alcazaba Lagoon Rentals. I love my work, and started helping with my family & friend's properties rentals. I now have a small team, my sister Marcella to help with check-ins and Debbie who takes care of admin, as well as some lovely cleaning ladies Juani & Aroa. I have traveled a lot and know how important it is to arrive, and everything is taken care off. We hope to make your stay as lovely as possible. I am around if you need me. You will probably find me around Estepona, a very special sea side town, with lots of great restaurants and an amazing beach promenade that goes on for miles, or at Alcazaba Lagoon, such a beautiful place. Surrounded by nature and with a Lagoon that is unique in all of Europe, these ultra modern apartments are exquisitely decorated and have all the amenities you need for a relaxing break. :-)

During your stay
Check in time is 4pm-8PM but if the house is free you may check in earlier.
I live out of town and late nights are not usually possible for me to meet you.
I will need your mobile phone number, your flight numbers, as well as arrival and departure times, and how you will be traveling from the airport so we can meet you at the property on time;
When you are leaving the airport in the rental car please SMS or call me ,do inform me if there are any delays.
We kindly ask you to please not stop on the way, in the supermarket or to eat, as we have to carefully plan guests arrivals, and this helps us not to keep other guests waiting (PS also we do have drinks on arrival for you ready)

I will also need a list of the names and ages of your party, to make sure the property is suitable
If anything should happen I will be on call 24 hours for emergencies, and available during the day should you need any information to help with your stay.
If you need we have a very good transfer taxi service with small and large vehicles, as well as cots, high chairs, zbeds for rent and babysitting services.
