Damian's place was a perfect spot to rest during my five days in Berlin. The bed was comfortable and the balcony was a great place to relax. The location was good, with quick access via S and U-Bahn to other areas in Berlin, plus some good spots within walking distance. Communication with Damian was top notch. Hope I can stay here again the next time I'm in Berlin. Thanks Damian!

Damian's studio is in a fantastic location and close to everything. It is cozy, and while it doesn't have a full kitchen, it is suitable for cooking light meals. The terrace is quite large and we enjoyed using it! Damian had great suggestions for local eateries and atttractions which were all delicious and interesting, respectively. All in all this place is of amazing value!

This was my first time to Berlin, and I was not familiar with the neighborhoods. This location turned out to be better than expected and after a day or so, I realized what a gem this cozy studio actually was. Close to transit, great restaurants, grocery markets, and all the sites, but yet tucked in a quiet neighborhood. I will certainly be back very soon! Thanks Damian!

Damian was very easy and pleasant to communicate with. We particularly appreciated that he left a key for us, so we didn't feel pressure to arrive by a certain hour. We didn't actually meet Damian, but he made it clear that he was available by phone or text. He also provided helpful information about places to eat and visit in the area. The location of the apartment was excellent - we walked everywhere. The neighborhood seemed safe. Restaurants and other businesses were nearby. The apartment was nice - a comfortable bed, TV, a small table with two chairs, and nice tall windows. There was a microwave, refrigerator and kettle and a long counter that served as a kitchenette. The only difficulty with the apartment is that there is a loud club downstairs that seems to be open very late, even midweek. Music and loud patrons could be heard, but to my surprise, the noise didn't keep us awake. If you are a light sleeper, you might want to bring earplugs or have earbuds with your own music.

I had a great stay during my time in Berlin! This place is cute and cozy, and really close to everything you want to explore in Berlin. Hop on a tram right outside the apartment and get anywhere in the city, or just follow the walking directions Damian leaves for you at Check-in. Highly recommend!

Great little place in a very central location. The U-Bahn and Tram lines are very close, and many sites are within a 20 minute walk. Great restaurants and cafes nearby. Damian was very responsive and helpful. There is a bar next door that plays loud music. It's mostly just the bass sound that can be annoying the apartment. It goes till fairly late on the weekend. It wasn't enough to keep me from sleeping, but if you're sensitive to that, then it'll be annoying. Overall, highly recommended.

The studio was in a great location, very close to great restaurants, shopping, museums and the metro. The studio is fairly large with high ceilings and a nice patio. Damian was easy to communicate with and very responsive during my stay. I highly recommend!

I am from London and have been living in Berlin for 10 years now. I am interested in travel, art, music and culture. I have been using Airbnb for about 3 years and have only had great experiences with guests and interacting with the website. I run my own Cafe together with my girlfriend just around the corner from the apartment on Kastanienallee called "Morning Glory"
