Our charming home has been recently remodeled. 2 inviting bedrooms and 1 bathroom. Living room with plasma TV, Wifi, dining room, and full kitchen ready to cook. It is located in a quiet neighborhood in the heart of Los Angeles with easy access to LAX

The space
The service and comfort of the home accommodates up to 5 people who can feel very comfortable in the House. With two sofa beds, one in the living room and one in the master bedroom with very clean sheets. Please no smoking in the house. You'll find a nice patio in the front yard to relax in. as well a a spacious backyard. I will like to note that the back yard is also a shared space.

Guest access
Guests has access to the whole house and 2 car driveway. There's a BBQ with a gas tank ready for grilling. I live in the back guest house with my daughter, but we are always working or out during the day.

Other things to note
I would like to ask if the guest stays more than one month, they need to have the house cleaned twice throughout their duration of stay. The guest will pay for the days the housekeeper comes. They will clean the linens. ( Not the guest laundry ). Also when you go out, please turn off the Air Conditioner and the lights.
