It is is nestled among weathered boulders, ancient junipers, desert oaks and resilient piñon pines on a 20-acre parcel of land in the desirable community of Rock Reach in Yucca Valley.

The space
The 1250-square-foot steel-and-glass home features two bedrooms and one bathroom. A generous living room has ample seating options and stunning views out of multiple sliding glass doors. Outside are two large decks with comfortable furniture and an outdoor dinning table. A Jacuzzi-brand hot tub sits away from the house on a rock outcrop offering views in all directions. Other outdoor amenities include a propane fire feature, propane BBQ, an outdoor shower, and solar-powered EV charger. Although the house is solar powered, it is still connected to the grid so you have power even if it is cloudy.
