Located downtown Napa, a short walk (three blocks) to dozens of shops, restaurants and wine tasting. The property was originally built in 1908 and has recently been remodeled. The rental offers two comfortable bedrooms, two relaxing patios, a living room and one full bath. There is a small refrigerator, microwave, and Keurig coffee maker, but no kitchen. Easy parking in front of the rental. We are one of the 60 hosts with a legal Napa rental permit which allows us no more than two guests.

The space
Our rental is attached to our main house and is divided by a built in door (the other side of the door is our entry way to go upstairs). The home consists of a master bedroom, a living room w/flatscreen, and a second bedroom/entry room. There is NOT a kitchen but a microwave, a mini fridge w/freezer & ice, and a keuirg coffee maker with pods.

Our rental unit is roughly 900sq ft. There is a Clawfoot tub in the bathroom with bubbles and soaking salts for relaxation. We have 1800 thread count sheets, robes, and additional non-allergenic blankets as well as down blankets available. You have access to two private patios (side patio and front patio). We have an entry room that can act as a sitting room/kitchen area or a separate bedroom. There is a living room as well with mounted flat screen smart TV which gives you access to Netflix and HBOgo. We also have bikes available and give you access to our lower back yard where you can use the hammock.

Even though our rental can accommodate 4 our legal permit only allows 2 guests.

Other things to note
We do have a young daughter (11) so you may see her running around the property. As a heads up you may occasionally hear foot steps from the upstairs and may hear a squeak here or there. :)

In addition, our house is on a Nest so if you lean to having the unit on the warmer or cooler side please let us know in advance. We also highly recommend opening windows in the summer as Napa has the PERFECT evening temperature.

From the host

Our neighborhood is on a dead end street with very minimal street nose. All the homes on the street are Victorian style and for the most part all have white picket fences. We are only a few short blocks from all the shops, tasting rooms, and restaurants in downtown. We are one block from the Napa River which is always nice to walk along.

After starting a wine company, my husband and I moved to downtown Napa (where we currently live and love!). Prior to that I have traveled and lived abroad for many years. Having had a daughter a few years back my travels afar are a bit less and local travels are now more frequent (Cabo and Lake Tahoe being my two favorites) These travels have led me to run my families homes in both the Palmilla community in Los Cabos as well as our family villa in the NorthStar Village. Both my husband and I work in hospitality and we have had so much fun spending time and assisting people with their travels as we have been people who have appreciated those helping us with our travels and trip planning in the past.
