We offer all year accommodation in fully equipped family house about 6 - 8 minutes drive from the beach. House is renovated (October 2019) with NEW cozy fully fenced backyard with heated (electric + solar system) pool 52 inches deep, tiki bar, grill gazebo, firepit, kid's playbround, new bathrooms...and located in the beautiful location of St.Petersburg, near Tampa. House is located near Gulf Boulevard stretching along the coast from Clearwater to Saint Pete beach 30 minutes to Tampa Airport

The house is in close proximity to the newly opened Seminole Center with lots of shop and restaurants. 2 minutes from Pinellas trail for jogging or cycling, Water tourism - near the house is a waterfront park with the possibility of renting kayak and canoe
