This second floor apartment is new and served with lift. It is only about 3 minutes walk away from the beach. From the front spacious balcony one can appreciate the views of the sea and the historic St Paul’s Islands. The layout consists of an open plan with a fully equipped kitchen including, fridge freezer, oven, toaster, electric kettle, and all necessary cutlery and dishes.
The spacious dining area has a seating space for 7. The living area is equipped with a three seater sofa, a 32 inch LED TV, a sofa bed and an oak wall unit. A good size bathroom supplied with a water heater and another spare bathroom with shower is also available.

An extra Large Main bedroom served with a QUEEN SIZE DOUBLE BED is at the back of the apartment. There are another two twin double bedrooms. One of the bedrooms has a balcony. All bedrooms are equipped with the necessary linen and towels.
The apartment has a sleeping capacity of seven people.
One can also make use of an iron and ironing board.

The apartment is very well located in a residential area while at the same time close to the tourist town of Bugibba and Qawra. Shopping amenities like pharmacies, banks, food stores, good restaurants and wine bars, supermarkets, hairdressers, beauticians, and bus terminus are all within short walking distance from the apartment.
If you fancy a swim, you can choose from a sandy beach or a rocky beach. These are both two minutes away from the apartment. Other sandy beaches like Mellieha Ghadira Bay, Paradise Bay, Golden Sands, Gnejna Bay, Armier Bay, Ghajn Tuffieha etc are accessible by car or by bus. One can also enjoy a nice relaxing stroll on the promenade. Bus stops are nearby and you can visit all Malta. If one would like to hire a car, there is space for free street parking.
From a nearby jetty you can take ferries or day cruises to Comino, St Paul's Island and round Malta. The apartment is also close to Cirkewwa, where you can take the ferry to our sister island of Gozo. In the village of St Paul’s Bay and around the island you will find various activities for all tastes, from scuba diving, snorkelling, sports, museums, churches, Jeep safaris, excursions, village festas, art and music and also relaxing spas, restaurants, bar and clubs.
The location of this apartment is ideal and easily accessible. It is situated just off the main entertainment area but still very close. It is situated in a residential area which is safe and tranquil both day and night. The apartment is modern and well taken care of with regular maintenance. It is family run and we can give immediate assistance if needed. We can also provide airport transfers from the airport to the apartment from 5 Euro per person one way.

De verhuurder, top! Wij kwamen, uiteraard, later aan dan afgesproken, en hij en zijn vrouw zaten (+/- 00:30 uur) klaar met sandwiches. Nette mensen, duidelijke uitleg, simpel maar net appartement, dichtbij de "echte" locaties waar vakantie gevierd wordt. Restaurants en zo redelijk in de buurt. Afspraken over inleveren van sleutels stipt nagekomen, kortom, niets mis mee. Eigen auto is wel een vereiste, en sowieso wel handig op Malta.
